"A Great Tool for Creating Professional Design Tutorials"

4.5/5

What do you like best about GhostPrompter?

As a graphic designer, I often create screen recordings, design walkthroughs, client presentations, and tutorial videos. What I like most about GhostPrompter is being able to read my script while looking directly at the screen, without the text showing up in the recording. It lets me explain my design process more naturally, cuts down on retakes, and makes my videos feel more polished and professional. The interface is straightforward, the voice scrolling works reliably, and it’s easy to keep the presentation moving without losing my place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GhostPrompter?

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with GhostPrompter. That said, I’d love to see more ways to customize the script layout—things like additional font styles, themes, and more detailed formatting controls. It would also be great to have cloud sync so my scripts stay updated across multiple devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GhostPrompter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I started using GhostPrompter, I often had to memorize scripts or constantly switch between my notes and my design software while recording tutorials. That slowed everything down and led to more mistakes, retakes, and unnecessary interruptions. With GhostPrompter, I can keep my script visible while I work in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools, which helps me stay focused on explaining my workflow clearly as I go. Overall, it’s made creating client presentations, portfolio videos, and social media tutorials faster, smoother, and more professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5

What do you like best about GhostPrompter?

What I like most about GhostPrompter is how naturally it fits into my recording workflow. The transparent overlay keeps my script visible without getting in the way, and the click-through feature lets me continue using other apps while recording. It’s simple to use and helps me stay focused on what I’m saying instead of worrying about remembering every line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GhostPrompter?

Since GhostPrompter is still relatively new, I’d like to see more customization options and a few additional features as the product evolves. That said, the core functionality works well for my needs, and the overall experience has been smooth so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GhostPrompter solving and how is that benefiting you?

GhostPrompter helps me stay prepared during work presentations and online meetings without constantly looking away to check my notes. "The Best Invisible Teleprompter for Confident Video Calls"

5/5

What do you like best about GhostPrompter?

The invisible desktop overlay is incredible. It lets me keep absolute eye contact with my camera during video calls while reading my notes, without blocking my ability to click on the screen behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GhostPrompter?

Right now it works incredibly well on my desktop setup, but I'd love to see a mobile companion app version down the road for when I have to do video presentations on my phone."

Pick whichever one sounds most natural to them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GhostPrompter solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the awkward problem of looking away from the camera to read notes or a script during live presentations and video recordings. Before using it, I constantly looked split between my web camera and my script window, which looked unprofessional.

GhostPrompter completely fixes this by putting a transparent script overlay directly on top of my active windows. The biggest benefit is that I can maintain direct eye contact with my audience while effortlessly reading my talking points, significantly boosting my confidence and delivery during video calls.
