**What do you like best about GFI Archiver?**

The Outlook add-ins. Giving the ability for end-users to look for archived or accidental email deletions.

**What do you dislike about GFI Archiver?**

The only thing that I disliked for years before we did a major version upgrade was the archiving mailbox getting filled up and not being able to remove all deleted mails.

**Recommendations to others considering GFI Archiver:**

Have patients with support.

Open Records Request are easy to complete with its search tools.

**What do you like best about GFI Archiver?**

Once configured the auto-archive works well.

**What do you dislike about GFI Archiver?**

Slow response time for our end users on loading and searching.  Convoluted setup and management.  Too many DBs created making it labor-intensive to find data when needed.

**What problems is GFI Archiver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance regulations for Higher Education institutions require email for faculty and staff to be archived and not deletable by end-users.  This is accomplished.

the layout and ui design could be better

Limited space in inbix, all emails can be archived so the communication can always be referenced
