**What do you like best about Get Lighthouse?**

The structure of GetLighthouse ensures that both parties in the 1:1 are coming with the topics that they want to discuss and providing a great space to track conversations.

The additional feature which provides/suggests questions to ask your reports and tracks when you asked them is also key to ensuring that you as a manager are doing the key managerial tasks to keep your team engaged and retaining talent

**What do you dislike about Get Lighthouse?**

The interface still has some very minor UX improvements which would help moving forward.
Being able to search for conversations in the past would save lots of time and energy as well

**What problems is Get Lighthouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better 1:1's
Greater engagement from reports
More accountability
