**What do you like best about Forma?**

Forma makes it easy to submit my health expenses monthly with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Forma?**

I wish I could link a credit card and have it auto-pull potential qualifying monthly health expenses.

**What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is simplifying getting reimbursed for health expenses, making me more likely to use my monthly allotment toward exercise.
