**What do you like best about Gerent?**

Their overall competency and professionalism.  Was satisfied with the quality of their development.

**What do you dislike about Gerent?**

Only issue, and it is prevalent across the industry, was that the development was mostly off shore and there were occasional time zone challenges.

**Recommendations to others considering Gerent:**

With any consulting and devlopment organization, make sure that you have a clear plan and direction.

**What problems is Gerent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assisted in the development of a leasing module within Salesforce.  The development assisted us in the visibility of the entire leasing life cycle.
