**What do you like best about GeneralCOST Estimator?**

This Excel Addin is pre-populated with many unit cost items which could easily have an inflator applied to them for future use.

**What do you dislike about GeneralCOST Estimator?**

It is limited in that it only supports the 16 divisions of CSI Masterformat and is no longer consistent with typical commercial design and construction.

**Recommendations to others considering GeneralCOST Estimator:**

This is an easy to use product for light commercial or residential projects.  I've used it to calculate buildouts of commercial lease spaces

**What problems is GeneralCOST Estimator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a good tool for smaller General Contractor Design/Build work where the specification sections would not pose a significant limitation.

**What do you like best about GeneralCOST Estimator?**

I used this file in a small project to evaluate in a small carpentry. It is quite flexible for my business. The reports presented to the board are of high quality with this software. The direction and management are pleased with all the information received. The reports presented to the board of directors are of great quality thanks to this software. The direction and management are pleased with all the information received.

**What do you dislike about GeneralCOST Estimator?**

In general, it is a good program. My suggestions are focused on applying emphasis on the reports.

The reports area is pretty good; it should provide a greater level view of mobile devices.

**Recommendations to others considering GeneralCOST Estimator:**

Is a great Excel file.

**What problems is GeneralCOST Estimator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I improved the base in my purchase, the cost information obtained allowed me to optimize my income.
