## About Gatheroo
Gatheroo provides your business with a client portal to help you collect information and documents from your clients. Each client receives a unique URL with a list of all the information you need from them. The progress bar, coupled with a traffic light system, means your clients are in control of the information they need to share. The automated client reminders mean that you can get on with other things, and you&#39;ll be notified when all the information you have requested has been shared. Choose from text fields, document uploads, multiple answers, single select, conditional questions, lists and tables - to get the information you need in the format you want. And by using the &quot;comments&quot; section, everything relating to the information and documents shared by your clients are kept in one place - no more searching emails, trying to recall conversations or checking text messages. Everything is in the portal, right where it should be. Clients love Gatheroo because it&#39;s simple to use, and they don&#39;t need to get &quot;another account...&quot;. If sensitive information is being shared, the unique link can be password protected, and 2FA can be turned on. Whether you are dealing with sensitive information, or a lot of it, Gatheroo will help you be more productive and clients to love your process!

**What do you like best about Gatheroo?**

It's easy to use. Clients like the simplicity.
If ever I have a question, their support and online How_tos are very helpful.
Having the system remind clients for us is an added bonus and very helpful.
We use it now for lots of different reasons, like requesting testimonials, onboarding team members etc.. we use it every day!
It's very intuitive and only took a few minutes to set up our first request.

**What do you dislike about Gatheroo?**

My only wish is that people who ask me for information had Gatheroo! I hate sending my information over email now that I know it's so simple, easy and cost effective to use Gatheroo.

**What problems is Gatheroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting information from clients and having to chase them all the time was very time-consuming. Now I don't have to do that, it has freed up my time for other things and I can concentrate on the tasks I get paid for!
