I found Gamma AI not user-friendly, and I had issues canceling my subscription despite being within the allowed cancellation period. I also didn't receive a refund. The interface feels clunky, and the customer service is poor with a lack of accountability by the company. The initial setup was poor, and due to these issues, I wouldn't trust Gamma AI or recommend it to clients until they improve their customer service and company ethos. Editing after the slides are created is not very straightforward, which can make it harder to fine-tune the final result. The AI-generated slides are extremely repetitive—typically just a title, two text columns, and a footer. There’s little to no use of icons, visuals, or meaningful design variation. While the prebuilt templates are a helpful starting point, the overall selection is very limited. Gamma AI has alot of features. It can be easily integrated to LinkedIn. The customer support is very helpful as they trained me how to share my document in a pdf format.
