**What do you like best about Galvanize?**

The system was able to modify to suit changing business needs.
The Diligent team is very committed as a partner in helping us to make the best of the system

**What do you dislike about Galvanize?**

The notification for payment for service renewal is posted too early (3 mths) before expiry and only removed at the very last minute before it expires, even if payment was made early.  The notification caused my department to attend to inquiries from Users from Top Management as they were worried that they could not use the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Galvanize:**

You can design the system to suit your company's needs.

**What problems is Galvanize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use excel and  issue were :
1. when the data grew big, we could not develop charts for presentation
2. Heads of Department did not get an overview of the whole situation

**What do you like best about Galvanize?**

the standardization of our audits. We were not standard before

**What do you dislike about Galvanize?**

Not enough training! the sessions are showing areas that we need to have training on.

We are now tracking time and developing metrics

Excellent support, staff, and space for collaboration for teams and meeting space.

**What do you like best about Galvanize?**

The collaborative space - and good tech support.

**What do you dislike about Galvanize?**

A little chilly - but adaptable. The space that we were in while all together was very open.

**Recommendations to others considering Galvanize:**

They are excellent - staff is super supportive - very welcoming - peer to peer environment. Love being at Galvanize whenever we are there.

It's really nice to have a co-working space where you can quickly see what room are available and schedule a conference room. It has an intuitive interface

**What do you like best about Galvanize?**

I like the convenience and ease of the scheduling calendar

**What do you dislike about Galvanize?**

Honestly can't think of any dislikes for Galvanize
