**What do you like best about Gallup Access?**

I like that I have the ability to retract unused codes.

**What do you dislike about Gallup Access?**

The Access Developers thought like a database expert, not an end user.  For example:   Why are there 2 different search areas to find users in "Community" and "Search".  As an end user, I have to check both, if I am looking for a client.  WHY?  

Death by Clicks:  Before Access, I could download a spreadsheet of client's strengths result with very few clicks.   Now, there is A LOT of memory recall, navigation, and clicks involved.

**What problems is Gallup Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gallup Access allows me to manage Strengths Codes and that is all that I use it for.  If there are new ways to use it that are being rolled out, I am completely unaware of it.

Its a little complicated, need to make it easier so anyone who looks at it, instincttively knows how to get the information.

  ### 3. A helpful platform for managing teams using CliftonStrengths but limited in user-friendly features

**What do you like best about Gallup Access?**

Gallup Access is ideal for CliftonStrengths coaches and leaders who are employing the assessment with multiple teams and for those using the Q12+ assessment. The (now previous) pricing structure of $1,500 a year comes with 30 codes that offset the cost of the platform, which was a helpful incentive. The plusses of the system include:
- The ability to create multiple teams with a variety of reports;
- Purchase and distribute codes to individuals to take assessments;
- Access related resources and learning tools; and
- Share assessment results with others.

Customer support is readily available and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Gallup Access?**

With the increase in cost to $3,000 a year, the value has declined significantly, especially because it's not been accompanied (at least yet) by any significant upgrades. Here are a few downsides that I've experienced:
- You're limited to a standard email template from Gallup or one company template. There should be much more flexibility to develop and store a variety of templates.
- The email upload with a CSV file is buggy and difficult to use.
- The search features when using CliftonStrengths code management don't work especially well.
- Gallup Cascade reporting features aren't integrated into the platform but are a separate Excel file.
- The system automatically ties a Q12 report to the account rather than allowing for multiple Q12 accounts.
- The menu organization is not especially intuitive.
- It takes a while to learn the system, which is not designed for ease of use or ease of implementation.
- It would be great if the system included options for integrating outputs with other platforms and programs.

**What problems is Gallup Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gallup Access enables me to more effectively manage CliftonStrengths reports for teams than if I didn't have a subscription, which saves me time and ensures accuracy.

I think the information I need is available.

**What do you dislike about Gallup Access?**

Needs a visual update.  Consider tiles to click on.

The resources section is hard to search.  Can't remember where I find certain things and if you search, don't necessarily get what you are looking for.  Hard to know if things are in the Resource section or Learning Center.  

Two team sections - should have one where you can create, modify, edit and view team strengths.  In the team strengths viewing area, when says "learn more" on team's strongest or weakest domain, brings you to new site and then when you hit the back arrow, doesn't bring you back to the team so you have to go all the way back in to search for the team again.  

For customer support - no phone number easily to find.

Sometimes the code management area is hard to find where my remaining codes are.

The above question said to select all that apply, but it only let me select employee engagement.

I don't consider Gallup Access solving any problems for me.  It provides me the data I need to work through Strengths with individuals or teams.

**What do you like best about Gallup Access?**

Having all my courses and product in one spot.

Having my reports in one spot.

**What do you dislike about Gallup Access?**

Very diffcult to find things.  For instance this morning I opened a great resource on How to Improve Teamwork and Collaboration in the Workplace.  After opening it, I clicked on sign in so I could bookmark the resource.  When I signed in it took me to the home screen.  When I search for the article using the exact same title as was in the email, it wasn't there.  I don't have time hunt and peck for 15 minutes or more to find a resource.

Also, I have a subscription and my employees reports do not automatically upload in my access as expected.

**What problems is Gallup Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only employee engagement came up with the pop-up for the previous question.  An example of the issues with Access.  I use it for a lot more than engagement.

**What do you like best about Gallup Access?**

Engagement reporting and filters, multiple tools in one system

**What do you dislike about Gallup Access?**

Learning modules are not intutitive to find and navigate. Some materials you can download and others you cannot. 
As an administrator, it's frustrating not to easily know what end users have access to and what they don't.
The advanced data tools are not user friendly and can easily cause issues if not used correctly.

**What problems is Gallup Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We also use it for CliftonStrengths and coaching certification (drop down above only gave option of EE).

GA provides data we haven't had and allows us to look at the team level as well as other filters. This allows us to partner to create customized solutions vs one size fits all.
Survey functionality provides more consistency for our end users and allows us to work in one system.
Management of CliftonStrengths codes allows us to easily partner within our business.

**What do you like best about Gallup Access?**

Embeded tools and helpful tech and training support. Decent report graphics. Cloud-based means easy access. GQ12+ is evidence-based and tied to solid research.

**What do you dislike about Gallup Access?**

Application is glitchy, often slow, and cumbersome to use compaired to more modern cloud-based applications.  Administering it can be time-consuming.  Staff have trouble navigating. Can be a bit expensive for a government agency, when budgets are tight. Challening for staff to see full value.

**What problems is Gallup Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gallup Access helps us stay focused on measuring and applying evidence-based strategies to engage and support our public service staff.  We benefit from regular measuring and from utilizing the tools for follow-through and for advocacy for staff needs.

The breadth of resources on Gallup Access is wonderful. I love the learning journeys (for Clifton Strengths, for managers for engagement, etc.). For engagement, GA links directly to targeted resources.

Not all of the resources can be exported/downloaded

**What problems is Gallup Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Gallup Access to administer annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, view results, and document action plans. It's a simple to use platform for survey admin and the link between results and resources for leaders supports leaders.

Sometimes it can be confusing if you have only had minimum exposure to Gallup Access.

It's a great engagement tool and we appreciate how simple it is to use.

We do'nt utilize all of the products available, but getting training on the product was difficult.
