**What do you like best about Zen?**

Reasonable and easy-to-understand rates
Not locking you into a lengthy and expensive contract,
The best part- <you get an extra year of warranty on electronics purchased with ZEN Mastercard!

**What do you dislike about Zen?**

Nothing like dislike to be honest, but the customer support could be improved. The issues that could resolved over call should be categorised and IVR should be made available for tge same.

**Recommendations to others considering Zen:**

Over all good experience, user friendly, but make a reasearch for the risk-free operation if using it for big industries.

**What problems is Zen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We receive money directly into our account and use it right away there is 
No need to transfer money to external accounts. Settlements are easy, overall saves time.

Super Easy to use, faster & secure process. Upsides are their portals are easily integrable with other portals.

Support team needs to provide a faster response.

Go for it, its worthy to give it a try. I would recommend the same.

My Payments have been become more secure, faster, i can do it any where any time.

The way to pay  al the products is super easy to use and way faster than other that i've been using

The support is super bad, they take so much time to answer any of your questions or to solve their problems.

only pay security, because g2a pay has a very  good security  measures

G2A Support overall is terrible, waiting time, interface, constantly receiving emails AND THE DEFAULT TAX.

Don't, just don't.

Just sending payments to a coworker.
