It is not upgrading with time as per market requirements. There is no scope for any modification. Issues take a very long time to get resolved. Although very few cases get resolved. Most of them remain unresolved only. The support system of the website is very poor. Reporting is not smooth. Most of the time it remains down due to technical glitches. For websites hosts through Fynd, nobody is bothered about the business and this approach is not correct. Genuine claims get rejected without any concrete reasons. Issues related to pickup/dispatches remain unsolved month after month Logistic service is THE WORST in the industry Although logistics are being handled by FYND, if any order shipped from our official website gets lost in transit, FYND doesn't pay for this, which is very unethical In spite of sharing packaging videos, claims get rejected Amazon return integration is still pending and no positive response has yet to be received Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
