**What do you like best about Fynd?**

Good interface . It is easy to use . Always give instant resolution on queries. Amazing application which carries India inventory of a brand . Start up by reliance. Facility of sending links to clients all over the world is very good.

**What do you dislike about Fynd?**

Sometimes when clients tries to make payments my debit card  ndoes not supported  duw to which client get annoyed.

**What problems is Fynd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not a single problem is getting resolved by fynd ends.   The only one benefit i see in the platform fynd is very user friendly . It is easy to use .

**What do you like best about Fynd?**

Listing is very easy.
What more I can write. There is nothing good I have experienced apart from platform.fynd.com.

**What do you dislike about Fynd?**

It is not upgrading with time as per market requirements.
There is no scope for any modification. 
Issues take a very long time to get resolved. Although very few cases get resolved. Most of them remain unresolved only.
The support system of the website is very poor. 
Reporting is not smooth. Most of the time it remains down due to technical glitches.
For websites hosts through Fynd, nobody is bothered about the business and this approach is not correct. 
Genuine claims get rejected without any concrete reasons.
Issues related to pickup/dispatches remain unsolved month after month
Logistic service is THE WORST in the industry
Although logistics are being handled by FYND, if any order shipped from our official website gets lost in transit, FYND doesn't pay for this, which is very unethical
In spite of sharing packaging videos, claims get rejected
Amazon return integration is still pending and no positive response has yet to be received

**What problems is Fynd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sorry to say but right now not a single problem is getting resolved. The only benefit I see is the Platform.fynd which is very user-friendly.

The full solution from backend to logistics made it feasible to launch our monobrand site without much of a team needed at our end.

Can't think of any. Though a bit more of flexibility to make changes at our end would help improve the speed.

Looking for an end-to-end solution that can be managed with comfort, Fynd is the solution for you.

We had no commerce-enabled for Vision Express. We did not want to set up a large team to set and manage it. With Fynd this was possible.

Help us to check the inventory of stock and also it helps us to add to individual sales. We also receive some Fynd rewards coupons. We can also share e-catalogues with our loyal customers.

In store, Fynd helps us to increase individual sales at FC. Our customers can also shop through the Fynd link that we personally share with them. Additionally, everyone likes to be rewarded (Fynd coupons) which we can redeem at any other shopping stations.
