I have been using Fusion Connect: Modern Connectivity and Communications Solutions for a year for pots replacement, and the transition was seamless and easy. The service has significantly improved connectivity by replacing inefficient copper lines, which has been a major advantage. I appreciate the cost savings that Fusion Connect brings to my operations, which aligns well with my cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, the internal team at Fusion Connect has been fantastic; their support and professionalism are a big factor in my positive experience. Implementation stalled for months with no completed number port despite providing full porting information and following up repeatedly. Communication was inconsistent, ownership was unclear internally, and the only consistent activity during this period was billing.
