**What do you like best about FunnelStory?**

FunnelStory's team is incredibly smart, efficient and responsive. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them. I appreciate the platform's ability to ingest all kinds of signals and incorporate them into meaningful and actionable insights. As we scale our business, maintaining close knowledge about all the intricacies of each account becomes more and more challenging. FunnelStory allows us to maintain granular knowledge about each account in our business.

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

The platform is powerful, but it’s still evolving in terms of customization and flexibility. I’d love to see even more control over how insights are grouped or visualized, especially for complex customer journeys.

**What problems is FunnelStory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FunnelStory has allowed us to reduce the time we spend on administrative updates and status reports, freeing us to focus more on engaging with our customers and understanding their business challenges and needs. So far, it is the only solution I have encountered that brings together information from SFDC, Slack, JIRA, ZenDesk, as well as email and calls, and transforms this data into actionable insights.

**What do you like best about FunnelStory?**

I appreciate FunnelStory's highly responsive team who took the time to understand our unique challenges and worked closely with us to address them. The proof of concept phase was extremely fruitful, as they did not just demonstrate their platform but actively tackled the specific pain points we brought to the table. I also admire the solution's ability to handle our scale without issues, as we have thousands of customers and needed a solution that could manage significant volume. FunnelStory's predictive accuracy is quite impressive, achieving an 80% recall rate in retention predictability scores, which gives us the confidence to act on their insights and prioritize our success efforts effectively.

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

It's not a dislike but moreso the reality of our platform. Our customers have been adopting our new products and therefore, warrants us to to continuously update the prediction model. FunnelStory team has been really great to partner with because it's crucial to maintain accurate and reliable retention predictability across multiple products. Additionally, the initial setup of FunnelStory required collaboration to hand over data access through Snowflake and manage data permissions with sensitive customers. This complex setup process took about one and a half months, indicating a need for a more streamlined implementation approach.

**What problems is FunnelStory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FunnelStory helps us predict customer retention, make sense of unstructured data, and provides reliable health scores. It offers impressive predictive accuracy with an 80% recall rate, which boosts our confidence in prioritizing success efforts effectively.

**What do you like best about FunnelStory?**

FunnelStory provides a centralized view of our entire customer portfolio, making it easy for our CS leadership team to stay ahead of risk and growth signals without toggling between tools. The UI is intuitive and easy to use, which made onboarding simple and quick for our team. Their customer support is EXTREMELY responsive—feature requests and questions are often addressed within a day. We use the platform daily to monitor account health, review call summaries, track adoption trends, and document internal notes. The AI-driven insights and breadth of features allow us to drive smarter customer conversations and focus time where it matters most.

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that we often have to submit multiple feature requests as we discover new needs. However, the FunnelStory team is always very responsive, and they implement these requests quite quickly, which makes the experience much better.

**What problems is FunnelStory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FunnelStory is helping us centralize and visualize customer engagement across multiple tools, making it much easier to track usage, health, and key lifecycle moments in one place. It reduces the time our CS team spends toggling between platforms, provides visibility into customer journeys, and allows us to build scalable playbooks and workflows. This has improved our operational efficiency and helped us identify at-risk accounts faster, enabling more proactive support.

**What do you like best about FunnelStory?**

I spend most of my time looking up data to see how I can fill in gaps for our customers based on their pain points. FunnelStory has been extremely helpful for this, as I can get a quick 'heads up' of issues they've had in the Topics view, and right there as well I can get a quick Sentiment analysis. Account Notes provide an excellent, quick summary reference for a snapshot of both recent and historical transactions.

I feel a strong sense of trust in the data FunnelStory shows me. It's smoothly integrated with ALL of the sources and tools we use, so I know I'm not missing anything vital and I can really rely on it as my single-source of truth.

What's really impressed me about the FunnelStory TEAM though is how they work with us hand-in-hand to ensure we get maximum value from the platform. They work with us to figure out how to deliver what we need, often introducing features or enhancing functionalities to get us there. It really feels like we're growing something good together, and everyone I've interacted with at FunnelStory has shared that energy.

I look forward to working with the team more in the future, and finding new, cool ways to leverage the platform's power to delight our customers!

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

I find some of the screens a little busy, but the filter options help me narrow down what I see quite well. I'd also love to see some use-case specific short training videos, but the documentation is good so I always find whatever I need.

FunnelStory gives me the ability to quickly and easily measure the customer sentiment and see what possible pain points I can produce content and engage with them to improve.

**What do you like best about FunnelStory?**

Funnelstory is an agile startup. The software is good and provides good sentiment analysis. The team is very responsive whenever we highlight any gaps. The turnaround time for modifications is very short.

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

It needs a lot of customization for the AI to work. However the team is responsive and takes care of things. I would like to have more control for generating reports than depending upon the funnelstory team.

 From the moment we integrated our data into FunnelStory, we immediately realized value.  The platform enabled us to optimize each step of our customers' journey.  The platform'has really helped us to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement, ensuring that our customers receive the most value with every interaction.

We've seamlessly integrated FunnelStory with all the platforms we rely on, including Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Zendesk, Zoom, and even Gong!

One of the standout features of FunnelStory is how it empowers us to anticipate and exceed customer expectations.  The data-driven insights allow us to tailor our approach, making every engagement more meaningful and relevant.  This level of personalization has helped to enhance our customer relationships. **What do you like best about FunnelStory?**

I love how FunnelStory handles churn prediction with such finesse—it's like having a data scientist in your toolbelt. The platform's ability to pull in data from everywhere—be it our product metrics, CRM, or support logs—is fantastic. Using it we've been able to uncover insights that would have taken us signaficanly longer to uncover on our own.

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

On the flip side, getting the hang of FunnelStory can be a bit daunting at first. There’s a lot it can do, and that complexity means a steeper learning curve but the team has been amazingly supportive in taking our feedback and helping us when needed.

**What do you like best about FunnelStory?**

FunnelStory helps me understand my data, and orient my customers onto my funnel. 
We use FunnelStory for both our presale and postsale processes, and it is integrated with our CRM, CDW and other autmoation systems. 

We deployed Funnelstory early on, and it was very easy to integrate it into my backend data warehouse. Once the integration is done, everything else is super easy to set up, including journey funnels, automations, and reporting, 
I user FunnelStory dailly to get updates on imporant changes in my customer base - both highlevel updates (how many customers completed specific milesontre, how many are at risk, etc), and also specifically (where is the customer, what is their usage, features they use, etc.)

The team in Funnelstory is super responsive, and they welcome feedback to make their product better. They are always looking for the pain areas and how they can help with their product.

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

Nothing really come to mind. The product works as we expect!

**What problems is FunnelStory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Funnel story is helping me take a massive amount of data from our customers and prospects traffic patterns, and place it nicely on our defined journey milestones for both analytics, insights and automated actions.

**What do you like best about FunnelStory?**

The best aspect of FunnelStory is its out-of-the-box analytics, particularly the Journey funnels and the Accounts view. The initial configuration was pretty straightforward. It was easy to connect to our data warehouse, Snowflake. We had to write some SQL queries to define in-product actions we wanted in our funnel, called Data Models in FunnelStory. This took some time because there were a lot of actions we wanted in our funnel, but it wasn't particularly difficult. Once these were defined and our funnel configured to use them, it became really useful. We could track accounts as they moved through the funnel towards purchase. If any get stuck, especially late in the funnel, we can intervene. The Accounts view is just nice to have in general. If you have a question about how a customer has been engaging with our website, our blog, our open source product, or our SaaS, we can just go to the Accounts view for them. It shows which users are part of an account, every interaction those users have had with our products (as far back as the data in Snowflake goes), where they are in the funnel, etc.

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

FunnelStory offers valuable out-of-the-box analytics, but some areas could be improved. Writing SQL queries to define in-product actions, known as Data Models in FunnelStory, can be time-consuming, especially when dealing with a large number of actions. Although it's not particularly difficult, it does require a level of technical expertise and can slow down the initial setup. I don't have a good solution for this. It's unique to each user and writing SQL is a standard practice, but I still don't like doing it. Additionally, while the predefined reports and dashboards are comprehensive, there are occasional limitations in customization. Despite these minor drawbacks, the platform's benefits and capabilities still make it a strong asset for our analytics needs.

FunnelStory helps us visualize our sales funnel based on real user actions in our product and on our digital properties. So we can track accounts as they move towards purchase and intervene if they get stuck. The Accounts view gives a comprehensive look at customer interactions across various touchpoints, which helps us understand engagement better.

**What do you like best about FunnelStory?**

I love that it brings together both structured (product usage, training stats, how many users have used feature xyz) and unstructured data (call data and sentiment, meeting notes, email content) to bring to life to a full view of a customer but also start to model learnings across the customer base from all the information collected. I'm now able to get proactive insights on leading indicators (drop in usage, change in engagement, etc) before I have a lagging indicators (churn or renewal). The insights and out of box analytics I have are superior to any combination of dashboards I get from SFDC, Looker, etc. 

Also, implementation was so smooth and we had a working model in less than 2 hours of configuring our instance. I also love their support model and onboarding approach and use of Slack to keep all questions streamlined and answered.

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

So far it's been so value add to my every day. As I start to learn more I will keep an eye on features that I think could make it even better experience.

**What problems is FunnelStory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FunnelStory is helping me better understand customers (Who, ICP, Insights), discover their journey (discover, design, predict), have a more robust pulse on engagement (who, when, how), and predict based on how I've configured it if an account is piosed to grow or shrink.

FunnelStory has been easy to onboard and connect with our other systems of record. Their native analytics are great and it's also straightforward to sync values with our CRM for the sales team to know which PQLs to follow up with.

**What do you dislike about FunnelStory?**

Genuinely nothing comes to mind. FunnelStory is a young company, which I see as a positive, since feedback is quickly implemented into new features. They are growing and improving at breakneck speed!

On our product's Free Forever tier, FunnelStory makes it possible to surface usage triggers for us to perform a variety of contextual go-to-market nudges for heavy users. From sending timely emails with documentation links to reaching out to users for troubleshooting, FunnelStory helps automate the process and enables our lean team to do more with less.

Really great customer service! Product is very insightful, helps with understanding key activities and signals in the trial. Easy to collect analytics. They listen and iterate fast on cstomer feedback. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting visibility in the trial

Nothing major so far.  They have released new capabilities like Journeys which have good potential, but needs some more baking time.

FunnelStory is a simple and easy way to address the progress my customers are making. Set up and imprementation was super easy, and right away I could identify which customers I needed to engage with more full to prevent churn.

Sometimes the defaults can look too good.
