What do you like best about FunnelStory?

I spend most of my time looking up data to see how I can fill in gaps for our customers based on their pain points. FunnelStory has been extremely helpful for this, as I can get a quick 'heads up' of issues they've had in the Topics view, and right there as well I can get a quick Sentiment analysis. Account Notes provide an excellent, quick summary reference for a snapshot of both recent and historical transactions.

I feel a strong sense of trust in the data FunnelStory shows me. It's smoothly integrated with ALL of the sources and tools we use, so I know I'm not missing anything vital and I can really rely on it as my single-source of truth.

What's really impressed me about the FunnelStory TEAM though is how they work with us hand-in-hand to ensure we get maximum value from the platform. They work with us to figure out how to deliver what we need, often introducing features or enhancing functionalities to get us there. It really feels like we're growing something good together, and everyone I've interacted with at FunnelStory has shared that energy.

What do you dislike about FunnelStory?

I find some of the screens a little busy, but the filter options help me narrow down what I see quite well. I'd also love to see some use-case specific short training videos, but the documentation is good so I always find whatever I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
