FreshStaff Reviews & Product Details

FreshStaff is staffing and payroll software built as one platform instead of an ATS bolted to a separate payroll system. It combines an ATS and CRM for sourcing, pipeline, and client management with native gross-to-net payroll, multi-state tax withholding, and full ACA compliance (including 1094-C/1095-C generation), plus an AI Copilot layer for priorities, actions, and workflow automation. Pricing is usage-based instead of per-seat: $149/month base plus $6/month per Active Placement (a worker with a pay stub, logged hours, or an active job order that billing cycle). Internal Team Seats, recruiters, coordinators, and admins, are unlimited and free, so growing your internal team never adds to the bill. Billing is month-to-month with no locked contract. Built for staffing agencies running temp, temp-to-hire, or permanent placement across light industrial, manufacturing, warehousing/logistics, healthcare, and construction & trade.
