FreJun is a cloud telephony platform that automates your business calls. Users can make outbound business calls using a unique virtual number and receive inbound calls on the same number. The calls made through the virtual numbers can be recorded and integrated with any workflow tools such as CRM and ATS. Easy to integrate with different CRMs, with a convenient click-to-call option, a helpful bulk dialing feature, and wonderful customer support.

**What do you dislike about FreJun?**

Sometimes, because of Wi‑Fi and network issues, customers aren’t able to hear the sound. However, it usually gets sorted once we move to an area with a better Wi‑Fi signal.

**What problems is FreJun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After switching to FreJun, work has become much easier. We integrated it with HubSpot, and now we can click to call directly instead of copying, pasting, and dialing numbers manually. It’s very time-saving and makes the whole calling process smoother. we also have the recording of the calls for audit.

**What do you like best about FreJun?**

My team lead used to track our productivity, which made it simpler to spot and address any issues we faced during the course of our work. Dialing through the desktop isn’t common, and it still feels new even now. It made it easier to dial without having to use my mobile or keep tapping on it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and genuinely fun to use, instead of having that little hesitation about work in the back of my mind.

This app is a perfect solution for calling via virtual no. Frejun provides the ultimate call history; you can get your calling no. Changed after a period, you can also view and share the call recording. Their autodial feature is a real time saver.

**What do you dislike about FreJun?**

This software has almost nothing to dislike; it's pretty easy to use. They have recently upgraded their system, which has improved usability a lot. Also, the UI is soo much better now. They could work on the callback feature.

Using Frejun, I can keep track of no. of calls made, their call duration, and even the recordings. I can download the reports of previous days and justify my work

It is a very easy method of connecting with the customers with Frejun. The calls get connected in a short span of time with the help of the virtual number. Reports can be checked too.

There is no such complex features about Frejun. It is convenient and easy to use. The ability of this dialer to connect with the customers is very helpful at the same time.

Previously I had to call the customers from my own number, but now with the help of Frejun, my number is not getting spread anywhere. The problem is getting solved with the help of the virtual number.

There are many good features in Freejun. Its tap-to-call and its history option are best. We can track all calls, record calls for future reviews and download call reports.

There is nothing to dislike about Frejun, but there is one feature that should be updated, like less than ten digit numbers should not be searched by Frejun rest everything is fine

We can make automatic calls with a single click, we can also make notes for each call, and when we make a call from FreJun, customers can only see FreJun numbers. It hides our personal numbers, which is a good thing.

its chrome extension feature in which you have to only select the number once , and boom , the call will be automatically initiated  by frejun without any problem .

I don't have to share my personal number with a client. All of the conversations with the client are available on the platform so if I don't remember the last conversation I could just rely upon that.

When client call me back on my FreJun number sometimes i do receive notification, but i don't receive the actual call.

- Call recordings are very useful to keep the track of the conversation with a client.
- For privacy purpose it is best that we dont have to share our personal number with a client.

The most helpful thing is - By using Frejun App we can have all the track of our data and also it is helpful in keeping all the contact information of candidates whenever required we can take from it.

The least helpful is sometime its lagging and not able to make calls, we have to try for multiple times to make a calls sometimes and also sometimes status is also not updating even after we update.

Sometimes Frejun calls get disconnected and we may not get incoming calls but when we inform this to the frejun team they support us and sort the issue immediately.
