Whenever there was an issue it was always all hands on deck to resolved **What do you dislike about FreedomPay?** When we used them they were still a small company. At times it felt like we were too big for them and they weren’t ready **What problems is FreedomPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their product meant we were able to keep our hardware on client networks. Saving $$ by not forcing us to standup our own networks ### 2. The ease and use of the product is also nice. **What do you dislike about FreedomPay?** Since the product is so easy to use, I questioned the security of it. Before I switched products, I had a few different bank accounts and cards in here, which unfortunately got hacked into. **Recommendations to others considering FreedomPay:** Be very cautious about this product if you are linking a lot of accounts up to it.
