I think they should solve the technical support problem of this application since it is very slow to respond and also when it responds does not usually have an exact explanation when it comes to solving the doubt or problem that can be obtained, which I would like them to improve this virtue because it attracts annoyance to users and leads to them not being able to use the service properly for their needs. The one thing that I dislike about FreeAgent is when you're on your mobile phone on your account the screen print is very small because there's a lot of information so there's a lot of zooming in and out on her mobile phone.
