The main issue here is the complete lack of service for residents. Foxen takes over verification, but they make themselves completely unavailable for residents to contact and ask questions when their policies are inevitably denied. This all ends up back on the plate of the property to figure out, explain, and resolve, which is the whole point of using a service like Foxen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
