**What do you like best about Foxen?**

Standardized verification process for insurance, automatic charging and billing, one place for residents to upload policy information, simple and clear user interface.

**What do you dislike about Foxen?**

The main issue here is the complete lack of service for residents. Foxen takes over verification, but they make themselves completely unavailable for residents to contact and ask questions when their policies are inevitably denied. This all ends up back on the plate of the property to figure out, explain, and resolve, which is the whole point of using a service like Foxen.

**What problems is Foxen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insurance verification. Ensuring that policy guidelines were being enforced appropriately and fairly across all residents and ensuring 100% policy standard compliance.
