Forward has immensely facilitated our interaction with a diverse, global clientele. The platform’s standout feature for us is its ability to provide a centralized, cohesive space for each client with a few clicks. This has been incredibly beneficial in conveying complex loyalty program structures in an easy-to-understand manner. The ability to engage and inform clients in a single, interactive journey, regardless of their location, has been revolutionary for our business. Also, it struck our prospects and clients as a “very easy platform to use”.

**What do you dislike about Forward?**

We manage a global portfolio of clients for our loyalty software, and while Forward has been a solid platform, we’ve encountered minor challenges with language localization. Catering to a global audience means dealing with various languages, and more multi-language support was crucial. They introduced features to solve our issue rapidly, and now we can use them in 3 languages.

**What problems is Forward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary challenge as a loyalty software provider has been maintaining consistent, clear communication with clients across different regions. Forward solved this by offering an intuitive, interactive platform where we could centralise all client interactions. This streamlined approach has saved us time and significantly improved our client relationships. The deep insights provided by Forward have allowed us to tailor our interactions and software offerings more effectively, leading to a higher client retention rate. Forward's impact on our client engagement process has been nothing short of revolutionary. This aligns perfectly with our mission to differentiate ourselves in B2B content marketing. The collaborative nature of the platform, combined with features like chat and document sharing, aligns beautifully with our needs, allowing for more personalized and collaborative interactions with clients. Implementation was super easy and support was always there, although not required. As the integrations were very straightforward we could immediately utilize it in our daily operations and start using the product every day. Additionally, the number of features of the product are ideal for a smooth process easing usage.

As a company deeply rooted in B2B content marketing, a broader selection of customizable templates would be a significant boost for a team like ours, which thrives on creating unique, differentiated content for each client. This is a minor issue, though, in an otherwise fantastic tool.

**What do you like best about Forward?**

Forward has enabled our teams to conenct with B2B prospects with an impressive first impression environment.  As a remote-first agency, we rely on a system to run effectively, and with Foward, our sales consultants can provide conversation presentations and share information collaboratively with prospects.  Getting real-time notifications on engagement post-meeting has also allowed us to drive our sales reps to be more "spontaneous" in catching hot leads in action, resulting in more deals done.  If you are a B2B agency or SaaS company looking to manage remote sales teams more effectively, I highly recommend Foward.

**What do you dislike about Forward?**

Support was really good in helping us understand how we designed elements within our digital sales room; can't think of anything we haven't liked so far.

**What problems is Forward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have sight of how the majority of our sales presentation decks were or were not being used, and we could see that sometimes our reps sent too much or too little information.  By creating a digital sales room we were able to uniform and elevate the sales process at the same time.

Forward makes every stage of the sales process smooth and easy for us, from finding prospects to signing the deal. Thats why we don't get lost in mails and proposals anymore!

So far we have not had any negative experiences that could not be resolved. However, even if there were, I'm sure they would do their best to solve the problem as soon as possible

It was very difficult to follow the sales process from beginning to end before Forward. There were many mails and versions of proposals. Forward helps me manage leads, deals, and clients seamlessly. It's more than just a tool. It makes to sure things go as planned

Forward has made my sales process and sales cycle so much simpler. The Forward platform gives me a single location to manage the entire process for multiple stakeholders. I no longer need a massive email thread where I try to bring different people up to speed - everything we need is in one place.

The way you can adapt it to multiple deal stages and provide different resources and answers to different client questions has been very useful for complex sales.

I'd love to see them continue to add in more integrations and ways to bring in more types of  content to the platform - but I know these are all in the pipeline and I've already seen them add in more and more options

Forward truly stands out for me is its ability to facilitate closing deals effectively. It's like having a strategic tool in your arsenal that helps engage prospects and empowers your sales team. The automated reminders and notifications are a lifesaver, ensuring that no follow-up is missed. My team gets all the insights regarding protect actions like visits, documents read and engagements. Implementing Forward into our sales process wasn't conplicated at all. We are using Forward on daily basis and whenever we need support, we contact them via in app chat, they respond quickly and they are quite helpfull.

For my team, it took a couple of days to get used to the features Forward offers. However, once we got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing.

Forward has been a game-changer in how we manage our sales process. We use it daily. What stood out to me most was its impressive space that creates a personalized and collaborative interaction with our clients. The platform’s ability to maintain momentum with multiple stakeholders through collaborative tools like chat features and document sharing has been invaluable. Moreover, Forward’s easy integration with Hubspot allowed us to access and maintain digital sales rooms right from Hubspot CRM screens, simplifying our workflow internally.

**What do you dislike about Forward?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. I like it, and my team loves it. If anything, I’d love to see more customisation options in the future. While the current setup is good, adding more flexibility to personalize spaces even further could enhance user experience.

Forward has completely transformed how we engage with buyers. Its centralised workspace has eliminated the chaos of scattered emails and documents, making the follow-up process more efficient. Forward increases our transparency & and aggregates all the most vital steps and information needed for a deal to succeed. 

Sales Rooms allow our teams to be in-sync with the client's every need, and both sides are always on the same page about what needs to happen next, in order to progress to success. 

Forward offers the new way to sell, in this digital age, and I see this becoming indispensable for companies needing to optimize their sales process.

Some of the admin side processes could use an uplift, such as simplifying the way you add external users to groups, however, the support we have received from the teams at Forward has been nothing short of exceptional. 

There's a lot of bright minds, and eagerness to help bring businesses into the new age of productivity, over at Forward, and I am excited to see what's to come.

Using Forward made creating a personalised buyer experience so simple. It lets us build individual sales rooms for every potential buyer, providing them with the right content, resources and information within their own branded environment. This personal touch truly makes us stand out from others in the market.

**What do you dislike about Forward?**

Didnt have all of the integrations that we wanted when we first signed up (eg Hubspot). However, we put in a request and those integrations are already live!

**What problems is Forward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documents and Sign-Offs easily get lost (by customers) over a long sales cycle. Forward solved that for us.

Overall quite easy to use, nothing to report at this time.
