The design is also user friendly with the upload and/or drop down file function. I also like that you can add multiple files onto one upload to send to a client for signature. It's also nice that the client gets a copy of the completed file like we do for their records too. The cost is also a benefit because it's cost effective for the functionality we received and use. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** It would be nice to have a text only option for forms if someone doesn't have an email but has a cell phone. Unless someone has an email, you can't access the text function solely. You have to have both. I don't have any other complaints with the system. Also, when it was InsureSign, it was easier to explain to clients. Under the new name that is now changing again, it's a bit wordy. InsureSign was easier to comprehend, FormStackSign needs a littler more explanation with clients so they know to expect that email, in case it goes to the SPAM folder. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's increased productivity with getting things signed from clients. It's more efficient and faster for processing purposes. I noticed that clients respond quicker to the eSign function then they did with fax, email, or regular mail. It also is more efficient if we need signed endorsements for carriers since it comes back in a digital format; we can easily send it to the carrier for processing at a faster rate then we had in the past. ### 9. The new name is not as clear to the recipients which causes the recipients to question its legitimacy. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to obtain electronic signatures on documents within minutes, whereas we would have mailed the hard copies to the client's home for signature. The old method was time consuming and expensive compared to the Formstack electronic signature method. Our turnaround time is generally less than 24 hours with Formstack, and the old method was about 7 days. ### 10. No reason to use a product like Zapier to connect or anything like that if you're using Formstack forms or Documents, and no knowledge of connecting APIs or even Webhooks is necessary, just a simple process that takes a minute or two to connect, all without leaving Formstack. Very cool. It also comes out on the same bill with your other Formstack products, which tends to make billing easier. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** The product is not the most visually appealing in the world, especially when you stack it up next to HelloSign and Docusign, which I think tend to look better. There are no integrations with any file storage solutions like Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, or Box yet. Sometimes logging in can get tricky if you're logged into all three Formstack products at the same time - annoying, but not a deal breaker for me since the features of all three products together make it more than worth it. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automated signatures of documents created by some sort of online app, created using the answers input to fields by users on a form processor has been a dream of mine for my organization for some time. Moreover when you have to deal with numerous clients, it becomes hectic to manage the documentation and to execute the final stages of a project, by scanning and faxing the files. I also like being able to go write back where I left off, have the option to cancel a signature, update the forms, and all the options with one drop down menu. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** Can't think of any, it just really comes in handy for required forms! I would just recommend an auto-download feature that sends the signed forms to your email in PDF format. To also have an option for a Every 3rd day reminder, instead of every day. Some customers see that as a pain, but really, they just need to sign! **Recommendations to others considering Formstack Sign:** Compared to other competitors, this will save you money, and has a very easy database to use. You will not regret using this software for your business, as it makes everything very smooth. Often on commercial lines I have property, gl, wc apps, etc that are all going to separate carriers plus sometimes finance agreements. I either have to send a separate InsureSign email for each document or send one and then forward the single signed document with impertinent information to all final destinations. The period of sending in the mail or emailing to a client and having them to print, sign, and scan hoping it is completed correctly is over with insure sign. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** The only thing I dislike is the ability to add to a document to sign once you've merge it over, I have to delete the document a redo the process but no worries. I try to make sure not to forget additional documents when I bridge over docs to avoid the hassle or redoing the entire document. **Recommendations to others considering Formstack Sign:** The program is not only efficient but cost effective. You can avoid the hassle of resending documents out to clients who may forget to initial or sign a spot on a document.
