Formstack Sign Reviews & Product Details

You literally can upload so many forms separately and the client gets them as one document and when they are retuned , it is just one document to forward from my office. Also, the reminder email is very helpful also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After you upload the forms and are going through the text and signature spaces, if there is an error on a form, you can "x" out the space but otherwise, you have to cancel and start over- correct your original documents and re-enter. Our applications for signatures can be as long as 15 to 20 pages and of course, time sensitive. I most love how absolutely SIMPLE it is for people to sign. You could literally teach a 5 year old to do it, and some people really need it to be that simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the arrangement of some of the buttons a little finicky and annoying. You have to scroll a lot up and down to get everyone added and to click on the next button. It could definitely be arranged better. And now to open Sign they've added yet another click which opens a whole new window. This seems like a step backwards to me. As an insurance agent, we require many documents to be filled out & signed by each client. Formstack Sign makes it extremely easy for both our end and the customer's end to have everything signed in just a few clicks. It helps us provide fast and great customer support on a daily basis. The downside to using Formstack Sign is that we don't get to see our customers too often but can also be a good thing considering that it helps them save time by e-signing instead of making a trip to the closest office to manually sign every document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1 - The ability to cc other parties who need a copy of the signed document.

2 - The daily reminder feature.

1 - No longer list in the cover email who copies of the signed document have been sent a cc.

2 - Unable to insert a Notary Seal or jpg of my standard signature.

3 - Unable to send multiple documents (PDF's) at once for signature to the same person.

We can track paperwork across departments. We always know whose desk a form sits on when we have multi-level approvals. Colleagues can approve documents no matter where they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) It would be fantastic if we had more flexibility with templates.

2) More importantly -we typically have 8-10 signers within a document. Sometimes, we have signers decline documents for small edits/or questions. Once declined, we have to restart the process from the beginning. It would be great if rather than approve or decline - there was a third option or chat feature where signers could ask questions, make comments, email other signers, etc.

The email & texting reminders make the process quick and easy, we rarely are left waiting for documentation to be received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything works great. I wish we could send two seperate signature requests to the same email, as we often have spouses that share and email. This forces us to send out a second signature request upon receiving the first one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UPDATE i scrolled down to Advance options and i was able to add a document to my Formstack.

The only thing is wish we could do is remove a document after it has been generated, we may be able to and i just don't know how.

I do not like that I have to put my signature on each page it should allow for some to be optional and should also have recognition so that it automatically places the signature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
