I would like to be able to put in a text box and type something into it before I send it. It's a pain to have to cancel the document and then go out and edit the document and then start over again if I forgot to put something on a form. *could use more training, don't know how to integrate the product into any of the things we use, we use it as a standalone product. I use the most basic plan and primarily for requesting approvals and obtaining e-signatures. It has made my workflow faster - no more trying to catch people and losing paper forms. Everything is sent out, signed, and tracked in real time. I appreciate the activity logs which show who has opened/signed and when. This has saved me so much time and keeps things organized! When placing some of the fields, due to the rectangle guide used to place it, they don't always end up in the exact spot you would like. This is mostly an issue with the radio and checkbox buttons. The salemsan and a technical enginer insisted that the basic tier of the plan would be able to automatically read the signed forms and update Applied epic for us, but he lied. He was suddenly fired after weeks of trying to get Formstack to correct the error. We have been able to quickly put to use the ability to build several HR forms that need signatures by each employee and use the unique web address to distribute the forms to everyone who needs to sign.
