I've had to cancel and start all over again to make changes. No more waiting a week to receive mailed documents back from insured's that don't have access to printers, fax machines or scanners. It is so easy for the client to reply with a signed document and they don't even have to send it back, once the document is signed, I get notification and it is available to me right away. It has significantly reduced time spent on following up with clients.
