A little bit of a pain that have to go in and get it in the "remind" stage. Would like to be able to put in a phone number from the initial send screen to have a link texted along with the email. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** I would like to be able to put in a text box and type something into it before I send it. It's a pain to have to cancel the document and then go out and edit the document and then start over again if I forgot to put something on a form. *could use more training, don't know how to integrate the product into any of the things we use, we use it as a standalone product. It has made my workflow faster - no more trying to catch people and losing paper forms. Everything is sent out, signed, and tracked in real time. I appreciate the activity logs which show who has opened/signed and when. This has saved me so much time and keeps things organized! As far as implementation goes, there's no coding required, which is a plus. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** I don't use it beyond signatures and approvals, but I could see how someone with more complex needs may have issues setting up a logic-heavy form - it takes a bit to map things out. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this in a university setting. Before Formstack, students, staff, and faculty used physical forms for adding/dropping courses, changing majors, signing agreements, etc. which meant lots of printing, scanning, walking across campus during specific hours, chasing down dept heads and advisors for approvals - all of which was slow and inefficient. There was also a lack of tracking and accountability. With Formstack, everything is done online, eliminating wasted resources and time. Now admininstrators and faculty can approve and sign from their phones anytime. There's also real-time tracking logs to see if, when, and where there's a hold-up with processing a document - each form has an audit trail of who opened, signed and when. Forms get processed much faster now - which improves efficiency too. ### 6. This saves so much time as there are several forms that we send to clients on a regular basis. I also appreciate that they have a text option to send the forms as many of our customers say they miss or don't see emails we send. Overall, this is one of the best signature platforms that have been used in the agency. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** When placing some of the fields, due to the rectangle guide used to place it, they don't always end up in the exact spot you would like. This is mostly an issue with the radio and checkbox buttons. With the recent changes they have made, that is really the only issue I have currently. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed the ability to not only sign, but fill out other fields as well. He was suddenly fired after weeks of trying to get Formstack to correct the error. We had an outage on Form Stack due to a change they made and were unable to get in contact with their support to resolve the outage, this was a major distruption to our operations. We have two offices that deal with varying amounts of document signatures, so we had to break away from our prior document esignature company, due to their requirement to choose in advance how many envelopes we wanted. It was easy for me to learn the Formstack system, and then in turn teach our two document specialists how to use it. The completion notifications are quick to be emailed to us. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** One thing I've noticed recently is that reminder emails get sent to customers 5+ times in a row. So within a single minute, multiple notifications go out. Even in situations when we choose to cancel a form and NOT send notification to the customer, they still get notification in some cases, which causes confusion. We've been able to simply blame it on a system error, but this seems to have started happening only recently (within the past month) and hasn't been resolved yet. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're able to get forms signed by customers, sometimes while we're on the phone with them. It can take moments to resolve a situation whereas it used to take days or over a week, when relying on USPS. ### 31. Also, the reminder email is very helpful also. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** After you upload the forms and are going through the text and signature spaces, if there is an error on a form, you can "x" out the space but otherwise, you have to cancel and start over- correct your original documents and re-enter. Our applications for signatures can be as long as 15 to 20 pages and of course, time sensitive.
