They make it super easy to sign a document and return it promptly. Just click to sign! Formstack was also one of the most affordable signature platforms that I could find. Formstack makes the signing process very simple and easy to learn if it's your first time. They have upgraded their look since we joined, and it undoubtedly looks much more congenial and makes it much more straightforward to navigate their website. They also offer the ability to create multiple templates. Their multiple document upload features are very nice when I want to send one email for signatures to a client instead of two or three separate emails. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Formstack. Their customer service is quite excellent. They were always prompt in responding and resolving any issues I had. The few times I had to deal with a billing issue, the billing staff was speedy to respond & resolve my issues. Responsive customer service is very important when running a business, and Formstack has that covered! It's good to know that Formstack has our back! **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** Formstack's main disadvantage is that you cannot use the same email for a spouse's signatures on the first send. So if your client only has one email, you can only get one signature at a time. Sometimes the lining of the signature placement is off if you don't know how/where to place the signature boxes so that the signatures appear on the line. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Formstack has allowed us to offer an online sign option to all our clients. Now they can sign from anywhere as long as the client has access to their email or mobile phone, as of more recently. We have truly been able better help and serve our client's needs! Formstack's been able to help our agency streamline more processes instead of emailing the client a document they have to print and sign before scanning the signed document back onto their computer to send to us or making the client drive to our office! It was very helpful to be able to go right to Formstack to find a document that was sent, even if it was sent over a year ago. ### 44. When we actually could get the support team to respond after multiple attempts, they pushed us off to "Professional Services" who wanted to charge us $400/hr for what amounts to an issue with logging into the API. I was able to get a call with someone on the sales team, his initial response was "wow, I'm surprised you're still a customer" Were we not already pretty tied to the Formstack Forms product, I assure you that we would not be. He informed me that as a new company, they have yet to build out a support staff. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were hoping to develop an E-signing add-on to our CRM platform. ### 45. It makes mapping the document much quicker, especially things like applications where there are lots of blanks to fill in. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** Figuring out how to setup the templates was challenging, and we needed to upgrade to the next price level. But it is a real time saver and I don't remember what I was doing without it. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I send a lot of applications and other documents that require a signature. In the life insurance industry, esignatures are only accepted when the accompanying proof of signature is included. Formstack provides this. ### 46. Clients understood how to use it. It was convenient and reliable. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** There have been many times when the website has been "down." The most significant change and the reason we want to switch software is the printer function has been removed. You no longer can print to Formstack. You have to save and then upload it or drag and drop, which wastes time and is not convenient. **Recommendations to others considering Formstack Sign:** Don't do it - Ever since they changed the printer function, it is not worth it. Find another one. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to wait to get the signed apps back in the mail.
