A little bit of a pain that have to go in and get it in the "remind" stage. Would like to be able to put in a phone number from the initial send screen to have a link texted along with the email. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** I would like to be able to put in a text box and type something into it before I send it. It's a pain to have to cancel the document and then go out and edit the document and then start over again if I forgot to put something on a form. *could use more training, don't know how to integrate the product into any of the things we use, we use it as a standalone product. But we do have Vertafore AMS360, Agency Zoom, EzLynx, and Quoterush. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the insurance industry we need signatures for everything so it is making it easier/faster to conduct business. ### 2. It has made my workflow faster - no more trying to catch people and losing paper forms. Everything is sent out, signed, and tracked in real time. I appreciate the activity logs which show who has opened/signed and when. This has saved me so much time and keeps things organized! As far as implementation goes, there's no coding required, which is a plus. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** I don't use it beyond signatures and approvals, but I could see how someone with more complex needs may have issues setting up a logic-heavy form - it takes a bit to map things out. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this in a university setting. Before Formstack, students, staff, and faculty used physical forms for adding/dropping courses, changing majors, signing agreements, etc. which meant lots of printing, scanning, walking across campus during specific hours, chasing down dept heads and advisors for approvals - all of which was slow and inefficient. There was also a lack of tracking and accountability. With Formstack, everything is done online, eliminating wasted resources and time. Now admininstrators and faculty can approve and sign from their phones anytime. There's also real-time tracking logs to see if, when, and where there's a hold-up with processing a document - each form has an audit trail of who opened, signed and when. Forms get processed much faster now - which improves efficiency too. ### 6. This saves so much time as there are several forms that we send to clients on a regular basis. I also appreciate that they have a text option to send the forms as many of our customers say they miss or don't see emails we send. Overall, this is one of the best signature platforms that have been used in the agency. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** When placing some of the fields, due to the rectangle guide used to place it, they don't always end up in the exact spot you would like. This is mostly an issue with the radio and checkbox buttons. With the recent changes they have made, that is really the only issue I have currently. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed the ability to not only sign, but fill out other fields as well. This platform did a much better job of solving that issue. The delay between submitting, sending, and e-signing is minimal. ### 7. Also, I want to forms to be emailed from the organization name and not the user name. The reason is, when using the form internally or externally, people recognize the organization name better than the user name. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had stacks of old forms that we just copied and copied. No one kept track of the signed forms so they would get lost. We can now track who has completed and signed their forms. ### 8. I enjoy the ease of signatures. I use it daily. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** The salemsan and a technical enginer insisted that the basic tier of the plan would be able to automatically read the signed forms and update Applied epic for us, but he lied. He was suddenly fired after weeks of trying to get Formstack to correct the error. We were offered nothing to compensate for the time we lost and the numerous conversations that were had with the sales team. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We legally need signatures to bind coverage or issue policies. ### 9. This has reduced the overall time to build and send documents to large groups of people. **What do you dislike about Formstack Sign?** The limit of signatures based on "Merges" it overly complicates what would be otherwise a very straight forward and simple platform. There is also not a clear indicator anywhere saying how many merges we have used or have left. **What problems is Formstack Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduced the amount of time to distribute the same form needing signatures to a large group of people. ### 10.
