I've been using the Formstack form builder in my current role for about 9 years now and highly recommend it. I use it mostly for group trip and event registration purposes, but have also used it for client intake forms, credit card authorization forms and post-event surveys. I am very familiar with its functions and personally find it MUCH easier to use than Google Forms. I especially love the logic functions, various field options, easy integration to Google Sheets and that it doesn't allow form editing after submission (which from my experience with Google Forms, causes lots of confusion). Formstack's drag and drop builder makes it easy to quickly configure and publish web forms. Their platform offers great features allowing users to customize bounce back messages, submission flows, and third party integrations.
