"Formly Delivers Beyond Expectations—Smooth Forms, Great Logic, and Helpful Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Formly?

It’s really easy to use. The logic gating is excellent, and setting up fields and questions is straightforward. Overall, everything feels smooth and well put together. I really like that I can integrate it with Google Sheets, so I can have reports and see data (and manage it) there as well.

So far, I have never had any issues with how quick it's to respond or display when having forms embedded in different websites.

The team has been beyond helpful, when I had the need we had a call, and they are quite knowledgeable, professional and really accessible.

I've just tested a bit their AI builder and it understands well enough what I had to accomplish.

In short, the return of investment that I have had with Formly goes well beyond expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formly?

Nothing really. I think it works quite well. There are things in the roadmap that I'd love to have sooner though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Logic-Based Forms Without the Technical Complexity"
5/5
What do you like best about Formly?

What I like most about Formly is how quickly I can create professional, user-friendly forms without needing technical or design expertise. The drag-and-drop builder is straightforward, and there is enough flexibility to customise the structure, branding and questions for different purposes. It has made it much easier for me to collect information in a structured way and reduce the amount of manual follow-up required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formly?

The main drawback is that some of the more advanced settings and customisation options aren’t always immediately obvious. The core form builder itself is easy to use, but every so often I still have to spend time figuring out where a specific setting lives. A bit more in-app guidance, along with examples and clearer documentation, would make the onboarding experience smoother and even better overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very intuitive form builder for quick results"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Formly?

The user interface is extremely clean and easy to understand, even if you are just starting out. You can build professional-looking forms in a very short amount of time and get them ready for your campaigns. The provided templates give you a great head start, making the whole process of lead generation much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formly?

So far, I don't have any major complaints. While I am still exploring all the features, it seems perfectly adequate for standard use cases. Perhaps for highly complex, enterprise-level customizations, you might eventually hit some limits, but for typical daily tasks, it does exactly what it promises. "Makes Survey Creation and Response Management Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Formly?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media. I use Formly for nutrition surveys, patient feedback forms, wellness assessments, and health education questionnaires. What I like most about Formly is that it makes survey creation simple while still providing enough flexibility for different types of projects. Getting started was easy, and I was able to create surveys without spending much time learning the platform. The overall setup feels straightforward and practical for day-to-day work. I also like the variety of question types available. Multiple choice questions, rating scales, text responses, file uploads, and opinion-based questions help me collect different kinds of information depending on the survey. This is useful when creating nutrition assessments, wellness surveys, and feedback forms for educational activities.

The logic rules are one of the most useful features for me. They help keep surveys organized by showing relevant questions based on previous responses. Form customization is also helpful because it allows surveys to look more professional and easier for participants to complete. I regularly use survey sharing, response collection, response tracking, and results reporting. These features help me gather feedback, review responses, and understand common trends without spending extra time organizing data manually. Having survey creation, response management, and reporting in one place makes the entire process easier to manage.

I also like that templates, survey organization, and response management are available within the same platform. This helps when working on multiple surveys at the same time and keeps everything structured and easy to access. Performance has been smooth during regular use. Creating surveys, updating questions, collecting responses, and reviewing results feels quick and reliable. I use the platform regularly, and it fits naturally into my workflow for patient feedback, health awareness activities, nutrition assessments, and educational questionnaires. Overall, Formly offers a good balance of ease of use, useful features, flexibility, survey management, and response tracking while keeping the experience simple and practical for everyday work. What do you dislike about Formly?

The customization options are useful and cover most survey needs. The only thing I would like to see is a few more layout and design choices for adjusting how questions and sections appear to participants. When creating surveys for different audiences, I sometimes spend a little extra time trying different layouts to get the look I want. It is not a major issue, but additional customization flexibility would make survey creation even smoother.nces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for reducing friction in client onboarding. Clean UI and flexible workflows."
5/5
What do you like best about Formly?

Been testing Formly/Getformly for onboarding and qualification flows for coaches/consultants. Super clean UI and easy to build flows without technical setup. Especially useful if you want smoother lead handling and client onboarding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formly?

Still early in testing, but one thing I noticed is that some onboarding/assessment flows can become slightly too long if not optimized well. In markets like coaching and lead generation, speed-to-start matters a lot, so reducing friction and clicks is important. Besides that, the platform is very flexible and easy to work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional, Guided Forms with Sleek Slide Layout and Smart Logic"
4/5
What do you like best about Formly?

What I like most about Formly is that it lets me create forms that feel more like a guided experience than a basic survey. I use these forms inside a coaching program, so how the form feels to the client really matters. The slide-style layout, conditional logic, and clean design make the whole process feel more professional than Google Forms, while still being simple enough for me to manage. I also appreciate that I can connect responses to Google Sheets and, with my plan, remove the Formly branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formly?

The main downside for me is that the form builder takes a while to understand, especially when I’m recreating forms from another tool and setting up conditional logic. I also found the default design pretty basic, so it needs some customization before it feels truly polished. Overall, it’s a strong tool, but I’d like the onboarding experience and the templates to be a bit more refined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable Alternative to Typeform with Seamless Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Formly?

I really like that Formly offers a significant cost advantage over Typeform while providing similar quality. I find it very easy to use, especially appreciating the intuitive conditional feature. The process of creating forms is straightforward and generates minimal friction for users, making it an efficient tool for collecting information. It's also easy to categorize and take action on submitted data. The forms are highly customizable, and I love that I can use Formly seamlessly with other tools like Google Sheets and Zapier. The initial setup was seamless, which was a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formly?

Not much... Maybe the lack of graphical interface for conditional questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising for Stripe Integrations, Needs Better Onboarding"
3/5
What do you like best about Formly?

I think Formly offers great Stripe integrations, which is a major reason I started using it. Having the ability to handle multiple sites and forms via Stripe plugins makes it easier to manage everything in one local place instead of dealing with several. I like the branding and the easy templating of the brandings since Formly looks more professional and polished compared to something like Google Forms. It's nice that Formly can work for multiple things, which adds to its value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formly?

I think when I first went on to the site, it was just like a blank slate and a blank page, which was really odd. And then trying to set up the forms was really odd, and so there wasn't really a clear try like, a clear teaching. And at first, maybe I was like, have I been scammed? And so it was an odd kind of environment. And there was no clear way that you could actually do your branding and clean you know, branded nice visual forms. And that wasn't anywhere. It's just like a blank white slate, which is kinda nice for you know, when maybe when you get used to it. But initially, it's like, what what is this site about? And it have is this just something strange and random? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Formly’s Beautiful, Secure Forms with Powerful Built-In Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Formly?

What I like most about Formly are a few factors: I like that the forms themselves look a thousand times better than Google Forms, JotForm, and most other forms other than Gravity Forms and once you know how to properly set the forms up, they work, don't require you use a plugin, don't require you use an extra SMTP plugin to make it work, and can have pretty robust security to block spam as well. You can schedule meetings, accept payments, show videos, show images, use conditional logic for grading and routing messages, verify email addresses and use Google's reCaptcha.

The ease of use is high once you've read a few tutorials. Customer support is good and the number of features is off the chain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formly?

I'd have to say what I disliked is that there needs to be more in-depth, specific, "how to" step-by-step tutorials for those who want to set up complex conditional logic routing for forms. Formly has alot of depth to it, so the more you offer users, the more we're going to need tutorials for how to implement those features. Step-by-step YouTube videos are ideal so I can see how a Formly developer actually sets up the feature. So far, there are tutorials on their site but I'd like to see more video walkthroughs for different case study examples since there is so much nuance to how you could use Formly. Doing that would make using it easier and reduce the learning curve.

I'd also really want to see them add 2FA to their account dashboard for those of us not using Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
