What I like the most about Form Assembly is how user friendly it is, while still allowing customisation to fit our business needs. I also appreciate that new features are added regularly, and their support team is absolutely amazing. The integration with Salesforce, which we use the most, is reliable and works seamlessly. There are only a few things I'd improve. Some of more advanced features often come at additional cost, and it sometimes feels like the ones we need most are at the higher-tier plans. For standard fields and connections it works perfectly but when working with repeaters or more complex setups things can get a bit tricky and may even require some coding. It would also be great to have more options for field types especially with date and time fields, which can get challenging to manage at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
