**What do you like best about ForceShield?**

The real-time protection feature of ForceShield has been highly beneficial in the security of our web and mobile applications. It prevent bot attack and stop account takeover, which makes me feel safe about our users’ information.

**What do you dislike about ForceShield?**

ForceShield does not allow for much fine-tuning to be made in terms of certain threats. Whereas the pre-configured rules cover a range of attacks of concern, there is no fine-tuning to ensure that the protection fits our application environment perfectly.

**What problems is ForceShield solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ForceShield has sincerely minimized the threats of fraud and account hijackings on our applications. With the real time protection and threat control, which offer a reasonable first layer of protection, I am able to concentrate on the other facets of security.

**What do you like best about ForceShield?**

I was amazed by the fact that rather than waiting for a security breach to occur then formulating a response ForceShield had strategically put up layers of protection in advance. This has offered a good layer of protection for my business and the users.

**What do you dislike about ForceShield?**

I find myself having to invest a considerable amount of my time in going through these flags. This means that any genuine user behavior is marked as suspicious, thus creating extra problems and hindering productivity

**What problems is ForceShield solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ForceShield’s key objectives include eradicating both account takeovers and online fraud that are issues essential for any organization. The current level of false positives defeats its purpose.
