What do you like best about Follett Work Orders?

I started to use ML Work Orders to control asset disposals, which is a very important process for Asset Management in the district, it is very helpful tool.

I have been tracking and monitoring the asset disposal process utilizing the different status, adding photos for the items to dispose and forms that have been approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Follett Work Orders?

It would be very helpful to be able to deactivate the bottom for Custom forms (SUBMIT REQUEST & reCAPTCHA)

I have been using custom forms to show a link to users, so they can submit request for technology department in their own platform instead of using work orders system staff usually gets confused assuming that Facilities department works with technology issues, which may cause a delay for their request and an issue for maintenance department, however every time they click on the link to use the link the website ask them to click on submit request and confirm the reCAPTCHA and automatically the system creates a work order without description which needs to be cancel. What do you like best about Follett Work Orders?

ML Work Orders is a beautiful platform based on my experiences so far. As a school principal, my team and I need to ensure our work orders are taken care of in a timely fashion by relevant school personnel of the facilities department. It is user-friendly, easy to track, and keeps all parties accountable. I am happy to use it daily rather than email/text messages since I get results and can also track progress. An SSO option would be great for users and the ability to remove login methods not in use from the portal page. End users always try the first option available to them.

If the Google sync for users also deactivated users when removed from Google Admin

What do you like best about Follett Work Orders?

It brings all work requests together in one organized platform and improves the workflow. It is easy to use, and easy to implement, No more emails, phone calls or post it notes. All work requests come in from the same source. It is feature rich and the work requests contain enough information to perform the task without having to contact the requester for more info.
