Folia is a very user friendly tool that helps me to annotate and add comments on multiple type of documents. I use Folia to wite blogs on my product, ad pages and while writing content. I have added all types of documents like PDF, Word and Jpeg files to the projects list in Folia.
Folia has multi-device compatibility, it's easier for me to work on my work laptop and my personal laptop, sometimes it's also helpful to continue working through my phone.
I have replaced Folia with my previous tool from Adobe. I have been using Folia since a month and am using it on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it's difficult sometimes to annotate the scanned documents and when it comes to searching of projects and documents, i have to input the whole name instead of few key words
i see lag while working on same projects from multiple devices, the tool takes sometime to keep-up with the latest updates across all decice.
It would be really great if an add-on feature like encrypting the documents while sharing it to others so we have the sense of trust that our document is not seen unless the decryption Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
