## About Folder HelpDesk
The application is installed in a shared mailbox or public folder, where you see rows of open tickets. If you want to work with one of them, just click it and a ticket form will open. The ticket form HTML part has various dropdown fields to categorize the ticket, and it can be customized. The ticket also has a free text field for a description of the incident and its solution.

**What do you like best about Folder HelpDesk?**

This ticket management app enables us to create, track and handle support tickets directly in microsoft outlook. Customer support teams and agents can use the application to work and collaborate on customer's issues and request more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Folder HelpDesk?**

According to me as per now this is a complete product with no drawbacks, it is a user friendly product which provides a hassle free experience, User interface is already good but can be made better with few upgrades

**What problems is Folder HelpDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily edit support tickets to ensure that cases are well-documented and all relevant information about them is provided and transmitted. The application has a customizable ticket form that contains various data fields. You can use these data fields to classify your support tickets, all these qualities make this application very beneficial and user friendly
