
This ticket management app enables us to create, track and handle support tickets directly in microsoft outlook. Customer support teams and agents can use the application to work and collaborate on customer's issues and request more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
According to me as per now this is a complete product with no drawbacks, it is a user friendly product which provides a hassle free experience, User interface is already good but can be made better with few upgrades Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
