**What do you like best about FOCUS?**

As a user, FOCUS is fairly straightforward in allowing me to create ad hoc reporting that isn't otherwise available in my environment.

**What do you dislike about FOCUS?**

Mapping can be difficult and some of the non-template tools are not intuitive.

**What problems is FOCUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy ad hoc reporting for non-data savvy employees. Combats barriers to client service by shifting some of the burden off IT for simple requests.
