FMClarity is a cloud-based facilities and asset management platform for property and facility teams, site staff and contractors. It provides a single system for managing suppliers, work orders, preventative maintenance, assets and compliance, reducing administrative load and keeping every site audit-ready. It is intuitive enough for non-technical staff and contractors to use without formal training. **What do you like best about FMClarity?**

FM Clarity has streamlined our operations, replacing over 20 processes, systems, and documents with its automation capabilities. The user-friendly interface and centralized platform have enhanced collaboration, while real-time insights empower data-driven decision-making.

In essence, FM Clarity has transformed the way we manage facilities and conduct business. Highly recommended for those seeking efficiency and streamlined processes.

**What do you dislike about FMClarity?**

More businesses need to start using it to keep the cashflow coming in to continue the advancements.

**What problems is FMClarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating workflows, effective data reporting and key insights, managing vendors and all things FM related.

**What do you like best about FMClarity?**

This system has been created by an FM professional, so they know what is required to the job done and what we need.  The system is easy to use and user friendly and it's got everything you need to be able to manage your sites effectively and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about FMClarity?**

Nothing as yet, as it ticks all our boxes

**What problems is FMClarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's taken away the mundane process of having spreadsheets and having to communicate with staff via email and phone.  It has saved us time with everything we need in one system.

**What do you like best about FMClarity?**

I love using FM Clarity as it is so easy to use and the functions are clear, customer support from Ambre and Deon has been amazing, always there to help when needed.

**What do you dislike about FMClarity?**

I don't like when trying to add a supplier or search a supplier/user when you don't have their email address. There needs to be a function that you can search by spelling or name.

**What problems is FMClarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me to clean up the compliance issues that is out of date.
