What do you like best about Fluidworks Onbi?

You're not forcing customers into a step-by-step, click-through tutorial that they're just going to speed through and forget. The in-product agent actually answers questions and guides customers, based on what they want to know. Not on what you think a customer wants to know.

Implementation was fairly straightforward, the team assisted us whenever we needed their guidance.

What problems is Fluidworks Onbi solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sell a horizontal saas analytics product. This means that we don't have a one-size-fits-all use case. Our customers need onboarding and support to understand how to use our product to meet their needs. A static, click-through tutorial was not going to cut it for us.
