**What do you like best about Fluido?**

The end-to-end implementation process was handled well, with a clear understanding of our level and appropriate guidance throughout. The scope was defined thoroughly, and the necessary documentation was provided accurately. Overall, the project/process delivery was sustainable and met our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Fluido?**

There isn't much to add, but I have noticed that they are quite strict when it comes to their service agreements and they consistently enforce them, especially regarding billing.

**What problems is Fluido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluido is a service partner for Salesforce, assisting organizations with the implementation of any Salesforce products.
