**What do you like best about Fluid Topics?**

I appreciate Fluid Topics for its quality portal with a zero-bug policy and the excellent performance of both the search engine and content viewer. I find the powerful configuration possibilities extremely useful, allowing me to manage a lot of configuration and administration myself. The reactivity and accountability of the support team stand out to me, as they efficiently address any questions or problems and provide quick responses. Additionally, I like that Fluid Topics streamlines and simplifies the publishing process, helps users find relevant information quickly, and allows engagement with target groups through feedback opportunities. The integration of AI features keeps us at the forefront of content delivery technology, and the product frees up our IT teams from development work. Overall, the setup was quite easy and the implementation project was fast, taking less than six months to go live.

**What do you dislike about Fluid Topics?**

I wish for them to be able to hire even more people in the dev team, so that they can implement new features even faster.

**What do you like best about Fluid Topics?**

API interfaces for uploading content from Git repositories through a pipeline. Fluid Topics provides straightforward metadata handling and state-of-the-art integration of AI features. Whenever we need help, the support team responds very quickly. We started 3 years ago with a small documentation project and are now providing 3 portals with thousands of documents for our customers.

**What do you dislike about Fluid Topics?**

Meanwhile we need our own Fluid Topics experts to handle all the features and improvements in our portals.

**What problems is Fluid Topics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We can contribute different document formats and all we be displayed in the same design.
- We receive feedback much faster, because customers write their feedback directly to a topic. The faster we know issues, the faster we can resolve!
- Using the custom designed landing pages, we can summarize content for customers, provide useful links, and enhance product documentation with videos.
