"Lots of Valuable Tools, But It Is a Lift to Set Up for a Large Agency"
4/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

I like that Fluency puts all of our accounts and any concerns in one place. Pause/Enable is really helpful, and the custom notifications are huge for making sure we're flagging the things that matter to us. Fluency lets us build campaigns via template, take actions en masse across many or all accounts, and custom notifications warn us about issues quickly. It also allows us to stay compliant with strict OEM requirements and take sweeping actions that would be very time-consuming if done manually on Meta. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

There's an ongoing bug where we can't add Instagram profiles. There also has been inconsistent levels of customer support. It was difficult. There was a learning curve, and our sheer volume of accounts made it a huge lift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi there, thank you for the detailed review... It's great to hear that Fluency is saving you time and helping you navigate those strict OEM compliance requirements on Meta. I also want to sincerely thank you for your candor regarding the challenges you’ve faced. We know that onboarding a high volume of accounts is a significant lift, and we’re sorry to hear that the learning curve and support experience haven’t always been seamless. We are actively working to make our support levels more consistent as we scale. Regarding the Instagram profile bug, I’d like to make sure we have this prioritized correctly for your account. Could you please reach out to your AE? We want to ensure that’s resolved so you can get back to full efficiency.

"Streamlined Campaign Management and Budget Control"
5/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

I really like that Fluency is just clean and very accessible; it's easy to read what's going on. It's integrated into our Salesforce budget, so I know I won't overspend. I also love that I can see how multiple accounts are performing by looking at just one summary page. It’s accessible because it’s not as siloed like Facebook Business Manager is set up. We can utilize Fluency AI to answer questions, and we have access to our dedicated Fluency support team. And it's easier to see all ad accounts in one place instead of searching through Facebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Very specifically when I'm looking at last month's budget on an ad account, the rows sometimes shuffle, so I'll have to sort by the spend column to see which campaigns I want to see. It will otherwise show me turned off and archived campaigns from years ago that I don't need to see. Another suggestion would be more recommendations based on ad performance, like 'this ad copy is not working for you, let's try something new.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Parth, thanks for taking the time to write a thoughtful review - it's great to hear Fluency is helping you manage your accounts with confidence and clarity! Regarding the shuffling rows, we would love to know if you’re seeing this in the Manage view or Data Explorer so we can look into a fix; in the meantime, while our performance recommendations are currently metric-based rather than copy-specific, we suggest setting up custom notifications to alert you the moment specific performance thresholds are hit so you can proactively test new creative. Thanks again!

"Streamlined Media Management with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

I appreciate managing paid media across multiple accounts and locations at a much more streamlined pace with Fluency. It saves our ad team time since we don't have to navigate to each individual account to spot metrics or get an idea of benchmarks. Fluency helps with budget pacing issues and makes it easy to launch campaigns and replicate successful ones using blueprints. The onboarding process was smooth as the team didn't rush us and took the time to explain features and fit them into our workflows. It feels like having a partner rather than just a platform. I find the reporting tools really valuable since they make it easy to see where campaigns stand and focus on important metrics. The setup was very easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

I'm not quite sure what could be improved, but maybe having a cheat sheet that's easy to reference outside of their academy could be helpful. Also, we use WhatConverts to track customer journeys from campaigns, but the two don't connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Megan, thank you for your thorough and thoughtful review! It’s wonderful to hear that Blueprints and Budgeting have made your team more efficient and feel like a true partnership. For a quick-reference 'cheat sheet' to help with your workflows, we encourage you to explore the Fluency Help Center (if you haven't already) which is packed with searchable, step-by-step guides designed for exactly that purpose. Thanks again!

"Efficient Budget Management, Needs Better Ad Copy Features"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

I personally really like the budget pacing and ease of assigning shared budgets or editing budgets between multiple platforms. I can edit multiple platform strategies in one place, making it quick and easy to update the budgets and assign specific budgets to campaigns based on the strategy. The support provided from Fluency's team has always been great and really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

I don't love the ad copy features. There are quite a few limitations and it's time-consuming when you have more than one broadcast to add for a single campaign. If you add a broadcast, you can only do one headline or one description. It's frustrating and the feature glitches a lot. You will filter for a specific model and when you go to review, it pulls other models and you have to refresh a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Kim, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply value your perspective on where we can improve. Good news is we have a broadcast enhancement ticket in the queue ready for engineering to ensure we're continuing to make the broadcast experience better. Once that's officially released, we would appreciate it if you took the time to update your review if your experience improves. Thanks again!

"Fluency Streamlines Multi-Dealership Paid Search with Powerful Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

Fluency is particularly strong for managing paid search at scale across multiple dealerships. The platform does a good job automating structure, bidding, and OEM-specific requirements, which saves a significant amount of time compared to building and managing campaigns manually. For automotive advertisers, the inventory-driven approach and alignment with dealer websites and feeds is very valuable. It allows teams to focus more on strategy and optimization rather than repetitive setup work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Some parts of the platform can feel a bit less flexible when deeper customization is required, particularly for more nuanced strategies or unique market conditions. The reporting is generally solid, but at times it still takes extra exports or some manual analysis to get the exact views and details stakeholders are looking for. There’s also a learning curve for new users, given the number of features and workflows to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Lindsey, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! We're happy to hear Fluency addresses the challenge of efficiently managing paid search across a large number of automotive accounts while still maintaining consistency and compliance. We also appreciate your feedback on reporting flexibility and the learning curve, as we are actively working to improve our platform and simplify the onboarding experience (and growing our Fluency Academy cert program!)

"Efficient Google Ads Management with Fluency"
4/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

I like that Fluency does the pacing automatically, which is a big time saver for me. Coming from a position where I was doing it manually, this feature frees up time for me to do other things within certain accounts, so I’m not bogged down by mundane manual tasks. It's really helpful as a pacing tool, providing one dashboard to compare and contrast metrics across multiple accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Some of the filter views are a little bit difficult and take some getting used to. Additionally, initially setting up Fluency is tough, as there are always hurdles with a new platform, including learning how things work, where things are located, and organizing new spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Casey, thank you for taking the time to leave a review! While we're glad to hear our automated pacing is saving you significant time and providing a clear view across your accounts, we appreciate your honest feedback on the initial setup and filter views as we work to make our platform even more intuitive for new user. Fluency Academy works to eliminate some of the headaches around learning how things work, where things are located, etc.

"Fluency: Bulk Management Made Effortless Despite Occasional Integration Glitches"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

I like how Fluency allows me to make bulk edits across accounts, which makes managing multiple accounts a lot easier. The ability to preplan and set things like ad copies and budgets for next month saves time and effort. Having the broadcast tool to automate these actions is particularly useful. I also appreciate the settings replicator tool, which lets me replicate settings across campaigns for different elements like locations, saving me a lot of time. This preplanned stuff really simplifies my work, especially given the nature of the advertising industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Sometimes Fluency makes errors when communicating with Google Ads and pushes through incorrect edits. This can be a big problem if it goes unchecked. It's not a major issue, but when it happens, it's quite a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mike Lane of Fluency

Hi Jacob, thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that Fluency is helping you manage your workload more efficiently. Thank you for also sharing your concerns about occasional glitches, I'll be sure to share this directly with the team so we can continue to optimize the user experience. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts—we’re excited to keep supporting your success in managing account loads!

"Streamlines Campaign Management with Robust Templates"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

I like Fluency because it helps make the process of building paid search campaigns manually in Google a lot easier. I also enjoy how we can just manage them, and it paces for us, showing if there is an issue like if it's pacing behind or if URLs aren't working. The templates built into Fluency are valuable, allowing us to upload the website URL, which helps in creating ad groups and ads way easier than doing it manually with ad copy. This is especially beneficial for managing multiple clients and getting campaigns up quickly. I also think Fluency has better templates compared to Hoot and doesn't randomly pause ads like Hoot does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Sometimes it doesn't alert us when a URL is disapproved directly in Google for policy or destination URLs, so we have to manually fix it or put in a Fluency support ticket. Sometimes there are technical issues where URLs aren't directing to the correct website pages, and if we can't implement a tag, we'll have to contact Fluency support, which sometimes takes days to get an answer. Also, there's a bit of a learning curve just because it's a new platform, but it's not too bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Nicole, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us, it's great to hear that Fluency is making campaign management more efficient for you and your team. We also deeply value your input and perspective on areas where we can further improve, if you haven't already please escalate your concerns on support response times to your AE. Also regarding the learning curve, not sure if you went through Fluency Academy, but it has been a huge asset in eliminating any stress around ramping up with the platform.

"Saves Time with Easy UI/UX and Seamless Multi-Platform Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

Saving significant amounts of time, multi platform integration and easy to use Ui/UX. Helps view performance targets across multiple clients all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

There isn’t too much to complain about on this front. One area that could be improved, though, is having more in-depth video tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Adnan, glad to hear that Fluency’s multi-platform integration and bulk editing capabilities are saving your team significant time while providing a clear view of performance across all your clients. We also appreciate your suggestion for more in-depth video tutorials, as we are always looking for ways to expand our resources and ensure our users can fully master every aspect of the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts!

"Great Team!"
4/5
What do you like best about Fluency?

The support team is always around — you never feel alone. They answer all questions and concerns promptly. As for ease of use, there’s definitely an adjustment period, but they offer great tools and resources to help you get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

I would have appreciated a bit more structured guidance — for example, instead of just asking ‘What do you need from us?’, it would have been helpful to hear ‘Here’s what we have, here’s what we typically recommend, and here’s how we can adapt it for you.’ We felt we needed a bit more direct advice on best practices and typical setups. The implementation required a few meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Pauline, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Glad to hear Fluency is helping you stay on top of your workflows and priorities! Regarding your feedback around guidance, would encourage you to provide that sentiment to your AE - I know our team is always looking to go the extra mile for our partners and can provide direct advice and best practices if that's your preferred way of operating!
