The APIs and Webhooks provided by floww.ai are a big plus, allowing us to connect Floww.ai with other tools we already use, which is super convenient. We were also impressed with how easy it was to get started. The Floww.ai team was there to help us at every step, and we finished the whole setup in just a week—a task that normally takes a month! With features like cloud calling, lead scheduling and the ability to pin important leads, our agents have all they need right in Floww.ai. They don't have to switch between different apps anymore. 100s of our team members use Floww.ai all day, whether they're on their phones or their computers. Easy Prioritization with Smart Boards: With Smart Boards, the team is quickly checking that all the important leads are being taken care of efficiently. 2. Simple and Easy to Use: The CRM's interface is really clean and neat, it made the team to adapt easily. Transitioning to this system was a breeze; it didn't take us much time to get the hang of it. 3. Linking Graphs: The Analytics Builder is fascinating. It allows us to connect graphs easily to the smartboards we're working on, and it is visible with default filters on that respective board. 4. Support of Floww.Ai Team: The team just didn't start the implementation the requirements we gave, but travelled with us and understood the our sales flow and recommended us with the best way to execute our sales process in the CRM. 5.
