**What do you like best about Florence eTMF?**

System is user friendly and user adjustable, one can change your view settings to accommodate your needs, process of reviewing documents is intuitive, training is good

**What do you dislike about Florence eTMF?**

I think there are no issues to metion here

**What problems is Florence eTMF solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using eTMF instead of paper binders is common in clinical trials, it is immediate, easy to search, easy to download or print, and still has the feeling of organized binders
