FPM is affordable and provides what our company of 400+ employees needs. Since taking on FPM, our employee directory has been streamlined allowing every employee in the company to access what they need in the snap of a finger. It also allows for easy updating, where previously, we would go 6months to a year without revisions. There were several User Friendly functionalities missing but their customer service is ON POINT. They make it a priority to try and make it as interactive as possible for the customer. Floor Mapper makes it incredibly easy for us to find locations throughout our building and easily integrates into AD. Probably the easiest thing about Floor Plan Mapper is adding and removing entries on the map itself. Sure, it took some time to learn the ins and outs, but all-in-all it is very simple and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
