What do you like best about Flat?

Flat is so easy to use that I didn’t need any onboarding—it just made sense right away. A lot of project management tools try to do too much and end up slowing you down, but Flat cuts out all the clutter and keeps things simple. I might not see that feature (and its already implemented) but I miss priority field on tickets - currently we need to create labels with priority. It would be nice to have such field that we would be able to filter by (instead of labels). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
