**What do you like best about FirmsData?**

FirmsData is our favorite VDR for Buy-side projects, mainly due to its simple yet effective User Access Management, which is usually the most demanding task in VDR management.
Overall, FirmsData Data Room has allowed world-class communication with partners and investors for our projects and has made both parties' lives much easier in the due diligence process.

**What do you dislike about FirmsData?**

I genuinely liked it and didn't have any issues signing up or using it. I thought it might be a bit complex to set up, but they helped me through it.

**What problems is FirmsData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although not the fault of FirmsData, sometimes large projects can find themselves having a tremendously messy data room with duplicate files and a lack of organization if it isn't set up correctly. Sometimes, setting it up in the first place can be challenging.

Day to day work load easily managable with the use of Firmsdata. 
It's safe and secure so we don't have stress related to our confidential data.

**What do you like best about FirmsData?**

Firmsdata provides very affordable VDR solutions, I’m using their VDR solutions from the last 3 months and their team are also very supportive. This platform allows you to store or share confidential data. So, if you are looking for features that can fit your requirements just visit their website, they can customize features according to their client's need.
