www.firmdesk-sharing.com bringt die Verwaltung geteilter Büroressourcen in einem System zusammen: Schreibtische, Meetingräume, Parkplätze, Poolfahrzeuge und frei konfigurierbares Equipment. Mitarbeitende buchen über einen interaktiven Grundriss, eine Listenansicht oder direkt aus Outlook und Microsoft Teams heraus – Buchungsbestätigungen landen automatisch im Kalender. Für IT-Teams zählt die native Anbindung an Microsoft 365 inklusive automatischer Nutzerverwaltung über SCIM. Auf Verwaltungsseite ermöglichen rollenbasierte Berechtigungen, standortbezogene Regeln und ein Auswertungs-Dashboard mit Excel-Export eine datenbasierte Flächenplanung. **What do you like best about firmdesk?**

Implementation was super fast. It’s affordable, reliable, and does exactly what I need it to do.

**What do you dislike about firmdesk?**

Nothing really, the guys are super helpful

**What problems is firmdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having trouble using excel spreadsheets to organize rooms and workplaces. Management stopped renting a second floor because of low utilization, so sometimes there were more people than desks in the office. Now we just do it via the app and everyone is happy
