I like how customizable Firecoach AI is. I can set up personas for our B2B clients, duplicate a previous role-play agent, and tailor the script so practice is relevant to each client, their personas, and their pain points. I can upload the call scripts we write for clients, which makes it easy for SDRs to practice as if they’re on a real cold call, and customize our strict scoring before they go on live calls. The AI role-play tool helps us coach SDRs every morning, and new hires ramp about 3 to 4 days faster. We can customize personas faster and better, and the guided onboarding and calls with the team made us comfortable rolling it out to our whole SDR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Firecoach AI to practice cold calls before doing real outreach, and the AI buyers are surprisingly realistic. They push back with the kind of objections I actually hear from prospects ("not interested", "send me an email", "we already have a tool"), so practice feels like the real thing instead of a script read-through. After every call I get a scorecard out of 100 with a category-by-category breakdown and a transcript, which makes it easy to see exactly where I lost the prospect and what to fix on the next attempt. Getting started was also very easy: I was running my first roleplay within minutes, and the interface is simple enough that I can squeeze in a quick practice session before a calling block. The main downside is pricing for individual users. Plans start at $199/month, which makes sense for a sales team but feels steep for a solo founder or a single rep who just wants to sharpen their cold-calling. A lighter individual plan, or a per-call/credit-based option, would make it much easier for smaller users to stick with it long term.
