"User-friendly cash flow management tool"

What do you like best about Finmap?

After managing the company's finances in several Excel spreadsheets, Finmap was a breath of fresh air for us. We like the simplicity and convenience of the system. I'm not a professional accountant or financial manager, but the automated calculations allow me to do a great job. Another advantage is that it is a SaaS solution, i.e. no sensitive information is stored on my personal computer, everything is in cloud data centers, which are much better protected than working laptops. Another benefit is the mobile application. Even though I prefer a desktop for work, sometimes it comes in handy to have all the information on my smartphone. What do you dislike about Finmap?

The application fully meets my needs. It will be great if the developers add a black theme for the interface, which I personally prefer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Finmap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finmap solved the problem of many small expenses that needed to be accounted for. Now we have a permanent and accurate record of all payments.

Before, we had to spend several days summarizing the month's results, and often we could not bring the balance to 0. Many manual calculations led to errors, and we recalculated several times. Now we can see the whole picture with just a few clicks. With just one solution, we could fully automate our company's entire financial department and save our time and nerves at an affordable price. What do you like best about Finmap?

We switched to Finmap after doing financial accounting with Google spreadsheets and we like the service in all respects. First of all, everything is very convenient and simple, no formulas, no need to calculate everything manually. Service does it for us. All we have to do is to make a few adjustments. Most of the data is imported via integrated bank cards.

We like the analytics sections, there are all the necessary reports for us CashFlow and P&L. I look at charts, choose the filters I need and analyze different types of data. So personally Finmap has easily replaced an accountant for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finmap?

What's missing is a mobile app that would make it easier and faster to enter data when off-schedule transactions are made. But we know the app is already in development, so we're looking forward to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Finmap solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were finally able to build the mechanics of running our finances to fit the company's financial model. With financial management, we began to more realistically estimate the costs and revenues of our project.

We are also able to create reserve funds that cover the team's needs, for which we have always fallen short.

And most importantly, before Finmap we had a day in the week when we could sit and reconcile all transactions for 5-8 hours at a time. Now it takes 1-2 hours or up to 20 minutes a day. Because of this, we have more resource to focus on improving our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
