Check-in and wait times and can be tedious, and cause a lot of repetitive work for the nurse. With a digital form, information can be submitted faster and without the additional time you would need to address things with the nurse at the front desk. **What do you dislike about Finger-Ink?** Finger-Ink is excellent if you are tech-savvy or a millennial. The problem is that the more significant proportion of people who visit the doctors often are senior citizens or older groups of adults who have not adopted technology and have access to a smartphone. The time it takes an older person to figure out how to use the form can be counter-productive to streamlining the check-in process. **What problems is Finger-Ink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to streamline patient check-in is the primary use of this software.
