"Deep AI Brand Visibility Insights That Drive Real Results"

What do you like best about Findrix?

You get more than the basic visibility metrics. It checks facts about your brand, flags potential hallucinations, tells you whether AI recommends you, and goes through your site properly, both content and technical.

The team is very responsive. I asked for prompt import and they shipped it in a week.

The big one for me: it shows how the models see you right now, and then tells you what to fix. After a month of work my brand mentions in Gemini and Google AI Mode are up roughly 8x. For me the value is already there. I'm using the recommendations to change what we do, and I can see the impact in AI visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The report turned into dev tasks the same day"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Findrix?

I'm a marketer, the technical side is not my area. I read the first report and sent it straight into our work chat, to our developer and our SEO guy. The developer picked up three things: Cloudflare files, schema markup and robots.txt. Our cycle is fast, that kind of task gets closed in a day or two.

That is my main criterion. The technical side is the most fixable part, and the rest means nothing without it. However good your copy is, nobody sees it if access is closed.

After that I mostly sit in the fact checks and the recommendations list. What I like about the recommendations is the effort and impact rating, you can see right away what to start with. The Site Readiness Score answers the "how bad are we" question quickly, without reading the whole report.

The re-audit runs on its own once a week. We started on trial at the end of July and moved to a paid plan at the end of August. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Findrix?

I would like to understand better where the prompts come from. The system worked out that we fly charters and put together questions for our field. They look sensible and I don't doubt they are relevant, but I can't yet check whether clients really ask them that way.

I understand this is how all tools of this kind work, but I would like a closer link to my own keyword set in Google. People google in roughly the same way, and there is real data there to lean on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Actionable AI Visibility Insights With Broad Coverage"
5/5
What do you like best about Findrix?

I like that Findrix goes beyond simple mention tracking. It gives us a lot of data to work with and turns it into practical, detailed recommendations on what can actually be improved; other tools we use do not have the same approach. I also like the breadth of coverage across all the major AI platforms, which gives us a more complete view of how a brand is represented in AI search. Findrix’s methodology works with the instability of AI answers through a carefully constructed prompt set, relevant competitor benchmarks, and calibration measurements, helping us get a more reliable picture. Its persona-based and CJM-focused approach is quite useful for looking at visibility through questions different customer segments are likely to ask. I also personally like being able to point out the most important brand and company features and competitive advantages, then check whether all the LLMs see them that way. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Findrix?

I did find one limitation: Claude and Grok are paid add-ons rather than part of the core package. It'd be nice to have them included as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
