I really value FileRun's self-hosted architecture and granular security controls for providing data control without compromise. I don't like the lack of real-time co-editing. Unlike Google Docs/Sheets, FileRun only supports sequential file editing. You can host your own files on your server, so you control all data, security and privacy. It doesn't force to copy files to a proprietary system, one can point fileRun to where the files already live like local drives.
