I would create a user for someone we are sending files to and they cant login to their account. Usually resolved by deleting and remaking. **What problems is FileCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance is the biggest problem that is being solved. It's difficult to find services that are approved for the various compliances we need to follow and FileCloud fits us perfectly. I also like the ability to inherit the current NTFS permissions set up with Active Directory integration as well as integration with Office 365 applications. **What do you dislike about FileCloud?** 1. It syncs too slowly compared to its rivals, such as Dropbox, Onedrive, etc. The indexing of files takes longer. 2. The price is a little hefty. 3. The tech support is weak and incompetent. The best Active Directory-integrated file sharing platform FileCloud had emerged in that need. The performance of the VM is excellent, and we can allocate as much storage as we like with NO additional costs. Competitors currently do not have a robust offering like filecloud. **What do you dislike about FileCloud?** The only thing is that it cannot monitor if a sensitive file shared with any user has been tampered or downloaded. So we cannot come to know this. For all other solutions, it was an option, but not easily implemented. **What do you dislike about FileCloud?** The option for Setting up the Authenticator only is shown once, and if you miss it (by typing in a different authenticator, or by not seeing it), the 2FA settings for that particular user need to be reset. A little pain, but not something many organizations have problems with, as they're not utilizing a dozen or so authenticators for their systems. **Recommendations to others considering FileCloud:** Filecloud is a good alternative to the expensive box.com or other type of FedRAMP compliant cloud solutions. The cloud solutions are much easier to set up, but you pay through the nose in the end. **What problems is FileCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are required to be CMMC compliant, which means having NIST 800-171 completed (all controls). This means that any and all connections to the company's infrastructure must be secured with two-factor authentication. This solution allows us to share CUI/CTI/CDI-controlled unclassified information safely and securely. ### 7. OneDrive creates more chaos than Dropbox... We use the hosted version and are very pleased with it. The support is very good (on the rare occasions we've had to use it), and responses are prompt. We use it for both secure email and secure file transfers on our website. The price is much better than the competing products we've evaluated. The monitoring software works well and is updated regularly. We have implemented this product across the company, and have had no real problems at all. **What do you dislike about FileCloud?** Not really anything. There were a couple of instances early-on where our secure website transfer function lost its connection, and in both cases, the problem was resolved immediately. We have not had any issues at all in at least 18 months. **Recommendations to others considering FileCloud:** If you need a product for both secure email and secure website file transfers, this is the one. **What problems is FileCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** FileCloud allows us to implement both secure email solutions, as well as secure website file transfers. It does it with no real burden on the customers because they don't have to deal with any encryption settings themselves. It is approved by our regulators for both of these purposes, and that makes our examinations much less difficult.
