"FileCloud: Secure, Flexible, and Effortless Document Management"
What do you like best about FileCloud?

FileCloud has been an excellent solution for our organisation, giving us the perfect balance of security, flexibility, and ease of use. I really value how much control it gives us over our data, especially with the option to self-host and manage permissions in a very granular way. Sharing files internally and externally is seamless, and the ability to customise the platform to reflect our branding has been a great bonus for working with clients. Overall, FileCloud has made our document management more efficient, secure, and user-friendly—I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCloud?

While I really appreciate what FileCloud offers, there are a few things I’m not a huge fan of. The user interface can feel a little dated in places, and the initial configuration takes more effort than I’d like, especially if you’re running it on-prem. The mobile experience is okay but not as smooth as some other platforms, and the sync client can occasionally be a bit temperamental. None of these are deal-breakers, but they’re areas that could definitely be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Experience of working with FileCloud"
What do you like best about FileCloud?

What I appreciate most about FileCloud is the level of granular control it offers over user permissions and policies. The platform enables precise configuration for data retention, access control, and encryption, which is very useful. Its integration with Active Directory and other enterprise tools streamlines user management. Additionally, I value its automation features and API support, as these make it straightforward to connect FileCloud with other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCloud?

One aspect I find challenging about FileCloud is the complexity of the initial setup and configuration, particularly when handling large-scale deployments or implementing custom integrations. Additionally, managing updates and maintaining compatibility between different versions often demands more manual work than I had anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Platform to Manage and Share Files"
What do you like best about FileCloud?

I really like that it gives me full control over my data. I can decide where to store files and who can access them. The platform is safe and easy to use once it’s set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCloud?

The setup takes a little time, especially for new users. Also, the pricing could be a bit lower compared to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"FileCloud: The Smartest Way to Take Control of Your Data"
What do you like best about FileCloud?

What I like best about FileCloud is the control it gives me. You’re not locked into someone else’s ecosystem. You decide where your data lives, how it’s accessed and who touches it. The interface is clean, the security is airtight and it scales without turning into a headache. It feels like owning the vault instead of just renting a safety deposit box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCloud?

What I dislike about FileCloud is the setup curve. It’s not plug-and-play like some lightweight tools. You’ve got to invest time upfront to configure it the right way, especially if you’re handling complex permissions or integrations. Once it’s dialed in, it runs smooth, but that first stretch can feel heavy if your team’s not technical. Just saying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing of the website that I like about it's flexibility in deployment. Also, this website offers me opportunity of sharing large files. It offers a unique feature ,that is,customisation, which seperate it from another website,it offers me to create different logos for different business ideas. It collaborates with big names,in order to provide me better quality of work. What do you dislike about FileCloud?

The thing that I dislike about this website is,a normal person can't easily understand to do work at this website, that is,it has complex setup. It charges a little more than it's competitors. It doesn't get collaborated with third-party websites, which limit it's features. "Safety first, FileCloud keeps data management well-organized."
What do you like best about FileCloud?

I particularly like the strong security of FileCloud. It uses 256-bit AES encryption to encrypt data at rest, which is very important for me when storing sensitive data such as business confidential files and customer privacy information. I also appreciate that it uses SSL/TLS protocol encryption during data transmission to ensure the security of data when being transferred over the network. The initial setup is relatively simple, making it easy to integrate with Microsoft Office 365, which makes file management secure and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCloud?

Cloud Service Integration: Further expansion can be made in the integration with other cloud services. For instance, enterprises that are already using multiple cloud services (such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, etc.) hope to more conveniently integrate FileCloud with these cloud services to achieve cross-cloud data migration, backup, and other functions. Enhancing compatibility and integration capabilities with different cloud services will meet the complex digital architecture needs of more enterprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
